Xfinity Store by Comcast Branded Partner

Had to turn in my old cable box. Made my appointment online and was waited on promptly by a very pleasant and efficient young man who said he was the manager. (To another customer who was giving him a really hard time about a service Xfinity was unable to provide - something to do with their wiring. He was very patient and polite to them although they were quite rude to him!)
My experience was very pleasant and having worked in retail for many years I really felt for the manager. He deserves kudos for a job well done under challenging circumstances!

I went to the Hyannis, MA store today to ask a plan question and was helped by Noah Veccione. He answered my question and gave suggestions to improve my experience with my service. The store had 4 people in line when I got there and Noah, who was working alone, moved the line quickly and professionally. Great job!

We had a bit of a nightmare situation trying to activate our phones and Quinn was incredibly helpful. Through all of the problems trying to work with Verizon to deactivate our accounts and get through to xfinity to connect the new phones and through all of the complications and stress, Quinn kept her cool, was professional and incredibly kind to us. My review for Quinn’s service is 10/10!

I didn’t get the name of pretty lady with black & purple hair ( cashier Q35) but she was lovely! The store had just closed & the storefront was going down. “Q35” saw that I had a gateway in my hand & a 2 year old in the other. She opened back up for us. From there her service got even better…
Little did she know, being able to watch a movie is very important for us tonight . I had just received news that my senior dog needed to be put down and all I wanted was for my toddler to watch a movie quietly so we could all spend some quality time together. If Q35 hadn’t gone above and beyond that wouldn’t have been possible.

There are no words to express my gratitude for Quinn! Arrived at 5:05 looking for replacement remote. She joyously greeted me, promptly handed over two different styles of remotes, offered instructions how to program, and asked me if there was anything else I needed. Even after a 10 second hug to show my appreciation, was in and out in under 3 minutes. Well done Xfinity. I find it so rare to encounter such caring and dedicated employees- Quinn should get employees of the year!!! 🥰🙌🏻🙏🏻

Our experience transferring our cell phone service to Xfinity Mobile was very positive and enjoyable.This was due to Savannah who was caring, kind, patient, supportive, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She explained the process each step of the way to make certain we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend the Hyannis Xfinity store for your cell phone, cable and internet needs.

Well, if you read the reviews, you would want to see Eddie. Eddie was helping other customers. When I said I was looking for him, he was very amusing and assured me that Ossy would take good care of me. He was true to his word. Ossy found a promotion to apply to my Xfinity account which will be in effect for the next two years. He also gave me a new modem that we were instructed that we definitely needed last fall. Lastly, he deftly added the Xfinity app to my phone in order to get my emails without my gmail acct. I think I was there for 10 minutes or less. Adam is a great representative we met today at the new Xfinity store in Hyannis MA.
Although we didn’t know he has only been working there a few weeks, he was well informed and very personable. I rate him a solid 10.

The gentlemen there are very professional and courteous. They spent a great deal of time with me and made sure I was taken care of. I would give them a 12 out of 10 if possible

Adam has been a great help in assisting me with what I needed. Helping me save money is huge. I would request Adam when I come back in.

Adam was extremely helpful transfering everything to my new phone I would totally give Adam a 10 if there was an option for 10 stars!
