My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Sea Street Inn while celebrating our anniversary last weekend. It’s a serious gem. As noted in so many reviews, the property is beautiful— immaculate, tranquil, and full of charm. From the rooms lined with gallery quality photography, to the delicious smells of breakfast wafting through the Inn, to the eclectic music that greeted us in the morning, it was a full sensory experience.

Adrian is an incredibly gracious host, and really just an asset to the Cape Cod community. It’s clear that he knows (and loves) the Cape inside-out and he went above and beyond to ensure we had the most amazing time. From making sure we could catch a look at all the seasonal flora and fauna, to recommending the best eats around, to helping us navigate the many historical treasures in the area…it was fantastic.

Breakfast every morning was phenomenal, and having it made by a chef of Adrian’s caliber felt super luxurious. His love and knowledge of food, and joy of giving guests an amazing experience, was clearly communicated through each plate presented.

Our stay is one that will always be special to us— it elevated our celebratory weekend while also providing the respite we needed from the throes of early parenthood.

Thank you, Adrian. We very much look forward to our next visit and hope that it’s soon.

The Sea Street Inn is a wonderful place to stay. Not only is the location very walkable and central to everything you might need (restaurants, beaches, ferries, etc.) and the inn itself very lovely, Adrian and his wife are amazing. They are very accommodating and make sure you enjoy everything about your trip. They have so much knowledge of the area and give great tips for making the most of your trip. The breakfast each morning was amazing, some of the best dishes of our trip. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back one day!

Our stay at Sea Street Inn was a truly unforgettable experience. Adrian and Xenia were very welcoming, attentive and knowledgable throughout our entire stay. They knew so much about the surrounding areas and best attractions to visit, and spent a lot of time giving us great tips and advice on the best places to see while we were there to make the most of our trip. Adrian is also a very talented and creative chef. The four course breakfasts that were served each morning were beyond what we could have hoped for, they were simply amazing. The Inn itself has a very rustic yet modern charm, and was very tranquil and clean. The time, creativity and attention to detail that they've put into decorating the inn is evident from the moment you step through the door. The location is also perfect, being within walking distance from beaches, restaurants and the ferries. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend Sea Street Inn to anyone thinking of visiting the area, you won't regret it!

My wife and I were visiting friends on the Cape and decided to go a day early to go to Martha's Vineyard. We decided to book at the Sea Street Inn as it was close to the Hyannis ferry. What an amazing find!! Over the top hospitality, good comfortable room, and AMAZING experiential breakfast. Adrian was a wonderful host and an even better chef. My favorite dish was an egg on top of pulled pork hash. Unreal!! He even printed the recipe so I could try to make it myself!! He also spent time going over the many works of art that they have acquired over the years. Quite a collection. Highly recommend!!

From the moment we booked Sea Street Inn, we knew we were in for a treat. From the pre-arrival emails on what and when to book things like ferries to the island, recommended restaurants, etc to the amazing service, food, and accommodations while staying, this place has it all.
Adrian and his wife own this Inn and the attention to detail from decor to food is unmatched.
We stayed in Suite 1. It was a wonderful space to enjoy! We had a mini fridge stocked with everything we needed, all of the bathroom toiletries, plush towels, beautiful robes, etc. It was a very large space and beautifully decorated.
If you want to enjoyed the best 4 course breakfast you will ever eat, look know further. We both ate things we have never tried and loved every single bite. Adrian is an amazing, highly trained chef. There simply is no way to describe how wonderful the food is! Superb!
Adrian is a wonderful conversationalist. We enjoyed talking to him over breakfast every morning. He has so much knowledge about the area and had a map personalized and ready for a day of exploring in Cape Cod. Everything he recommended for us to do was amazing.
The location of the Inn is perfect! High speed ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard and very close. The beach is 400 yards away. It's a short stroll to downtown Hyannis for food and shopping.
Seriously, look no further. Stay here! It's everything!

After a LOT of research, we went here for our Honeymoon. We had zero regrets and would wholeheartedly recommend.

First, the basics. The property is spotless and immaculately maintained. It was quiet. the food was amazing. Customer service was unbelievable. We knew we would need to recharge after the wedding week and it was everything we wanted.

On cleanliness: The owner stated he refreshed our room before our arrival as it was vacant for ONE night, including mopping the room before we arrived The room and property as a whole represented that level of cleanliness. The floor was clean enough that you could eat off of it. The kitchen where breakfast was prepared always looked like a team had just cleaned and staged it for parade of homes. We didn't ask for or need fresh linens but the owner insisted on refreshing every other day at minimum.

On noise: The property was quiet. There was a little bit of construction noise from the neighbors but the property is well insulated and shutting the window did the trick. The guests are obviously high class and reflect that. The owner is also super involved and would clearly intervene if necessary.

On food: We are foodies, including seeking Michelin Star restaurants. The breakfast was amazing and set us up nicely for our days. Please see the pictures.

On customer service: This is what really sets the property apart. The owner interacted with us in a positive way every single day. For instance, we brought a bottle of wine as a dessert to have as a nightcap and left it in our room when we left for the day. When we came back, there were wine glasses and a box of chocolates to pair with the wine. Before we even arrived, I asked the owner about electric vehicle recharging as the airport was having a special on electric vehicles. He scouted the area in the coming days and sent me information and pictures of the chargers in the area, which helped me make a good decision. Every day, he asked us about our plans and offered suggestions. Included in the suggestions was very detailed insider information that really helped take some of our days from good to excellent, such as tips about a French Bistro or other helpful info. We were also able to get a discount on the ferry and restaurant reservations for dinner that were otherwise unavailable without his help.

All in all, we felt it was a bit of a "risk" to pick Cape Cod for our Honeymoon as it's not a typical spot, but using Sea Street as our home base make it 100% worth it and a great decision. We would both give it our wholehearted recommendation for any kind of trip.

This is an amazing place to rest and relax. It's also near so many wonderful things to see and do. You'll be a 10 minute stroll away from a beautiful beach.

I cannot forget to mention Adrian's superb breakfasts. Each morning, you'll be treated to a different different experience. Your palate will thank you!!

If staying at a B&B is your idea of getting away to relax, rejuvenate, and wake up to an amazing meal, then Sea Street Inn in Hyannis, MA is The Place! My husband and I got to stay in one of their two suites. Our suite included a separate room with a couch and TV where we were able to sit and snack in and it gave us a lot of room to move about. The whole place was very clean and comfortable! The owner’s wife designed a beautiful garden with gorgeous flowers, trees, and a water lily pond. It’s so relaxing just sitting on the deck and enjoying the scenery.

In my opinion, what makes this place stand out from all the other places is Adrian, the owner and host of the inn! He personally attends to every guest to make sure their stay is pleasant and comfortable. Each morning he cooks up a four to five dish breakfast using whatever fresh ingredients he was able to find. We didn’t know exactly what we were going to be served the next morning, but we sure knew that it would be fantastic! There are some great restaurants in the area and Adrian will not hesitate to let you know his recommendations, but his breakfast is the meal my husband and I looked forwards to each day we were there. I wish we could have stayed longer! This was our first visit, but definitely not our last!

What a lovely getaway that was! Just stayed for the off-season weekend, in two units, and it was a retreat. The inn is modern and meticulously maintained, the host is very hospitable and the breakfast was amazing. Andrian takes pride in his work. He made sure we have a nice, comfortable stay and were well-fed! We visited the "West End" restaurant recommended to us by the owner, which was an excellent choice. The location of the inn is very convenient. Close to the port, Main street, and the beach.

The Sea Street was beyond my expectations. Morning breakfasts were prepared by Adrian, the owner/operator and amazing chef. Every dish was wonderful, creative and made with fresh ingredients. I couldn’t wait for the breakfast surprise each day. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. This is my favorite place to stay on Cape Cod. See you next season!

Not really sure where to start, we had 3 nights in this inn earlier this week, should have been longer. Firstly the Breakfasts were 5 star excellent 4 course delights.

The room Sunny Queen was clean spacious with a Queen bed.

Adrian, the owner and chef not only served the best breakfasts we had on this holiday and made us welcome but his local knowledge of places to visit around the Cape is vast.

Thanks Adrian for making our stay so comfortable and for welcoming us into your home.

Kindest Regards

Brian And Marilyn

If you’re a foodie who wants the perfect getaway, Sea Street Inn is for you! This Inn is a short walk to the beach and Main Street shopping and restaurants, which is great for a relaxing stay, not having to be “car dependent.” But, the crowning Star is not only the finely appointed rooms with luxury showers and thoughtful decor, but Chef Adrian, owner and host. Expect an amazing 3 course breakfast, prepared in the finely appointed commercial kitchen, open to the dining area. You may watch your breakfast being prepared and learn about local sourcing of fine ingredients. Xenia, Adrian’s wife, has created the garden and superb, cozy room decor. It’s a charming place and I look forward to returning soon!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Street Inn over Labor Day Weekend 2020. The breakfasts from Adrian were undoubtedly the highlight. The food was delicious, innovative and exciting. The room was great too - nice and clean, modern, comfortable. This is definitely a hidden gem and worth a visit!

I stayed at the Sea Street Inn for the second time. I stayed last year for my birthday and had such a great time that I wanted to stay again this year for my anniversary. Again, Adrian took care of me and my wife during our stay. He made delicious breakfast items including: Shrimp and Grits, Lobster BLT, Smoked Salmon Toast, Rueben, and Cubano. We loved every meal and it made something to look forward to every morning. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you again Adrian for having us, and making our stay at the Sea Street Inn special.

The Sea Street Inn is one of the finest establishments that I have ever had the pleasure to stay at. Adrian is amazing, he and his wife do everything they can to ensure that your not only having a great stay, but also work as hard as they can to make your stay better. Every morning waking up to a three course gourmet breakfast and watching it being cooked in front of us, was awe inspiring. The food looked amazing and tasted even better, the level of culinary excellence that was displayed in Adrian’s cooking was beyond impressive. The rooms at the Sea Street Inn are each uniquely decorated, and created a clean and comfortable feeling throughout our entire stay. I would recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone who wants to come out to Cape Cod and have the best possible experience that one could imagine. Thank you so much to Adrian and Xenia for the amazing food and beautiful rooms and property, I can not wait to return for our next vacation.

I took my husband to the Sea Street Inn for his birthday getaway. I was concerned with traveling due to Covid 19 but the owner Adrian made us feel very comfortable. The place is immaculate and very peaceful. Adrian is very creative and an amazing cook who’s worked with Michelin star chefs. Each day, the breakfast consisted of 3-4 courses and was delicious and upscale! There’s beautiful artwork all over the property and a boxing themed common room which was thoughtfully curated and very cool. The owner’s wife, Xenia, owns her own landscape design company called Sweet Earth Co, based out of Pound Ridge NY and did a great job with the Sea Street Inn design. The flowers on the property and incorporated in the artwork are beautiful. Overall, we had a great experience! Adrian was beyond helpful making our stay memorable. We will definitely be back!

We were looking for a warm, inviting and Covid safe place to stay. The Sea Street Inn is all that and more. We booked for 3 nights and ended up staying 4 nights. We loved having a private entrance to our suite. The owner Adrian is also a culinary master, who we discovered has trained under 2 Michelin Star Chefs. His delicious breakfasts are reason alone to stay here. He also has an excellent knowledge of the local eateries and attractions. We are looking forward to our next stay here

Adrian was catering to our needs before we even got there. He was arranging our ferry tickets and had inside connections at local attractions and had many great suggestions as places to visit. He really knows the area well and we checked out many spots throughout Cape Cod and Nantucket that he recommended and none disappointed. Our room was impeccably appointed and extremely clean. Our suite allowed for our privacy and we had plenty of room. He even left a special treat for our anniversary in the room to make us feel even more welcome. I can’t say enough about the breakfasts. Adrian is a phenomenal chef and each day was better than the last. My wife’s favorite was the shrimp and grits. Mine was the crab benedict. We will definitely be making a return trip as soon as we can.

Our vacation at Sea Street Inn was exactly what my wife and I hoped for! Adrian, the owner and chef, went way above expectations to make sure that we had the best possible experience. Breakfast each day was delicious and goes far beyond what you’ll find at your average bed and breakfast. If you’re looking for a local’s recommendations, look no further than Adrian, as he’s got the inside scoop you need to have the perfect Cape Cod experience.

I enjoyed every aspect of my stay at Sea Street Inn. Adrian was an an amazing host. His knowledge of the area and spot-on recommendations really elevated my experience, especially since this was my first time visiting Cape Cod. The breakfast is absolutely incredible; it definitely competes with high quality fine dining restaurants. Mostly importantly, the inn was spotless and PPE was provided in my room and in the dining area, which was really comforting. If you’re looking for a safe, amazing getaway this is the spot!
