Joy House Bed & Breakfast

We spent a week here some years ago, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The hosts were friendly and we enjoyed their company; the accomodations were spacious and well-lit, and the breakfasts delicious. We spent a lot of time traveling the Cape so regrettably we didn't use the Joy House's facilities as much as we could have, but every minute we spent there was an utter delight.

Just stayed here for the first time and I have never had a better stay! Aside from a fantastic space that is very private, spacious, and spotlessly clean, it's also unique and has some interesting history (that you should certainly ask about!). Peter and Barbara are amazing people; sweet, kind, witty, and have stories for days! Not to mention, there is an adorable trio of Beagles who protect the house and love to play! Due to a business conference on the Cape, we researched B & Bs for the first time. Typically, we stay at the hotel where the conference is held; but we decided to try something different. From the first minute of meeting our hosts, Peter and Barbara, we felt like family. Our room (up the Good Morning Staircase) was very clean; and we felt quite comfortable. The location is very central and within a quick walk to the beach and restaurants for dinner. The breakfast was out of this world! We drove home discussing when we are going to stay here again! What more can I say, but THANK YOU to Barbara and Peter!
