Rehoboth Guest House

This was my first trip to Rehoboth Beach (it won’t be my last!) and also my first experience with a B&B. I loved staying here! The staff are exceptional and when I return I will stay here again. Everything is within walking distance and the ocean is RIGHT THERE! Thanks everyone for a wonderful stay. I can’t wait to see you all again soon. Highly recommend!

Visited as a solo traveler for a quick midweek trip in the quieter part of the year. I booked last minute, and there were no complications with the website or with the short notice. The outdoor patios were lovely, and there were many little nooks to hang out by yourself. There was an outdoor shower available, but it was a bit chilly to use on the dates of my trip once the sun went down. There were no other travelers staying on my floor, so the building was quiet during my visit. Breakfast is provided; You can eat anywhere, and they brought my food to me on the outdoor patio. The Halloween decorations were a nice seasonal touch. Parking was available directly in front of the building for my trip, but in summertime, I imagine it's a much more complicated situation. Once I parked my car, I was able to walk to everything I wanted to do, except the outlets. Staff was present but unobtrusive and friendly when interacting. I'd happily stay here again

Fantastic B&B a stone's throw from the beach that's also queer-friendly but inviting to all. The room was cozy and well air conditioned, and there are plenty of common areas both inside and out to meet and talk to other guests or enjoy your delicious breakfast alone or with your travel buddies. I can't wait to visit again and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I came to Rehoboth for the marathon and stayed for the first time at the guesthouse and had a wonderful time! The staff are very welcoming and thoughtful, and the house itself is charming. We’ll be back!

My Wife and I utilized this location as a “headquarters” to get ready for our wedding at the beach and spend some quality time at the boardwalk after. The service was great! The staff was friendly! Would definitely recommend & we plan to stay again next season.

My husband and I stayed at Rehoboth Beach Guesthouse for a wedding and had an awesome experience. The owner and staff were kind and welcoming. The historical house was quaint but nonetheless lovely, clean, and quiet. It's in a great location in a short walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. By far the best B&B experience we've had.

Just stayed here with my boyfriend— everything was amazing! Tom is so friendly, we felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. All other staff are friendly as well. The house is beautiful, clean and well decorated. The outdoor area both in front and back of the house are both great spots to relax during the day/evening. And to top it off, breakfast was delicious as well. Will definitely be returning.

This place is everything a B&B should be! Tom and Chris were both great. My friend and I did a quick girls' trip and we felt super comfortable staying here. Everyone, staff and other guests, were friendly. The house itself was very clean and so nicely decorated. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Hear me out with this review:

I have never stayed in a Bed & Breakfast house before and when I was initially trying to book somewhere to stay in Rehoboth Beach this was the first place suggested. The house contains rooms with private bathrooms and rooms on a floor with shared bathrooms. I was very hesitant to book at first when I read that I would have to “share” a bathroom. We just returned home after a 4 night stay here and we were more than satisfied!

Tom, the house owner, is super kind, personable and hospitable. His other workers (Rayvn and Chris) are also so helpful and always get you what you need. You can request to have breakfast in the morning from a menu selection and they bring you your food out at the time you request to have it ready for you . Tom always came and checked up on us wherever we were sitting during breakfast to chat about random things, show us his puppy and ask us if we wanted more food or needed anything.

The room we stayed in had a shared bathroom in the hallway (we stayed on the 2nd floor and other rooms shared 2 full baths and a half bath with us) and it was actually very clean. The staff did a good job replenishing towels each day and cleaning the shower/toilet/sink. Felt very comfortable here. We would love to try a room with a private bathroom (it was so booked up when we tried to get one initially so book way in advance!)

I love that the beach was only a 4 minute walk and access to the main streets was only an alley walk away from the house. No complaints at all after this stay. When we sat out on the porch each morning and night, many people would walk by making comments about how pretty and interesting the establishment was. The interior of the house smells super good and is clean. Highly recommend staying here!

Overall 5/5 stars and we will definitely be back next year 😊

My husband and I just got back from our second stay at the Rehoboth Guest House. Everything was amazing. The place is so beautiful and room 13 was great. Breakfast is great and there are many choices, also the place is spotless.

Thank you Tom, J.R and the rest of the staff for once again going above and beyond to make this a truly relaxing vacation.

Just spent a night at the Rehoboth Guest House for a concert in Dewey Beach. The staff was warm & welcoming. I had a small problem & they went above & beyond to help me resolve it. Great location.

Couldn't have chosen a better spot to stay!! Super friendly and helpful staff! Cozy, quaint and the smell of the candles burning....lovely <3 great location with terrific short cuts to the main streets and restaurants. Walk anywhere from here. We loved it here and will be back definitely come back!!! Lovely property and people!

The girlfriend and I stayed for a long weekend last weekend and we could not be happier with our experience. Tom and Raven (spelling?) gave us a warm greeting and tour of the place. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were extremely accommodating throughout and even after our stay. Breakfast was great; made to order and we got to enjoy it out on the back porch area. The guest house and provided parking are very conveniently located. Will definitely be back next summer!

Let's just say WOW! Gorgeous B&B inside and out. Rooms and baths were very clean. The establishment was extremely well ran by the Inn Keeper Tom. Both he and Chris were very helpful and friendly. We did not meet all of the staff that keeps this B&B so beautifully ran and maintained but they should also be acknowledged for their part in making this a wonderful place to stay. The breakfast choices offered were scrumptious and my husband and I enjoyed having our meals on both the lovely front porch and on the upstairs deck with the amazing planters and the stunning landscaped yard below. Quiet and adult only made it a perfect vacation! Thank you for providing a lovely place to relax and recharge! We look forward to staying there our next time in Rehoboth!

Absolutely loved our stay here!! The whole place is decorated beautifully and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Tons of common spaces to work from both inside and outside which was really nice for my husband who had to work for part of the trip. The location is fantastic with a <5 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Off-street parking included within 10 minute walking distance. The outdoor showers were really nice, well stocked with towels and soap and felt great on warm summer evenings or even just to rinse sand after the beach. The included breakfast was great - loved that they had vegan options! Even the other guests we encountered were friendly and smiling. All around great vibes and great experience with this place. We will never stay anywhere else in Rehobeth!!

Friendly hospitable staff, fresh cooked breakfast to order, and an owner that cares about the experience and the location.

Every staff person was so authenticly kind and thoughtful.

Everything was clean and the house smelled great!

We had a long weekend.. arrived Friday night and left Monday morning.

The location is within walking distance to just about everything.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and well appointed.

Honestly this location and the people that give it its heart were quite a suprise, we've never stayed anywhere that wasn't a chain.

We will definately revisit!!!

If you enjoy history and the way small towns tend to rewrite themselves as unknown obscure things come to light ..Do yourself a favor and ask the owner about the history of the place. I'm glad he had the time to share with us before we checked out.

Last minute booking for a quick getaway. Website was easy to use and book. Information was emailed about what’s provided and expected of guests. Raevyn meet me at my check in time and have a wonderful tour of the house and have great directions to where to find things and places near by. Tom and Raven made each morning wonderful with breakfast and conversation. Cosmo was a real treat too. The room I had was exactly as described and perfect for me. Since Halloween is one of my favorite holidays they did a great job decorating! I hope you win! For a first time traveling alone I felt comfortable the whole stay. I was close to everything I wanted to see and do on my trip. Thank you so much for making this a great trip by providing a great space to stay. I look forward to my next trip.

Tom and Chris were wonderful hosts. We had a couple of great conversations with Tom. The house is amazingly decorated for Halloween. Its incredible the amount of time and work that was put into the decorations! Our breakfasts were absolutely delicious. We definitely will return, our time in Rohobeth was fantastic!

VERY VERY COVID-FRIENDLY. Staff was extremely conscientious about cleanliness, space, and following all of the protocol they possibly can to keep everyone safe.

Best beach accommodations we've ever stayed at. Tom and his crew are super welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area and where to go based on what you're looking for out of your vacation. The house is so well put together and has plenty of little nooks and crannies to meet and greet with others or get some space/time to yourself while not having to stay cooped up in your room. Should you choose to stay cooped up, the rooms and beds are extremely comfortable. Ours had a private bathroom, TV, mini fridge, and a nice dresser. Also the breakfast is top notch!! Couldn't have pictured a nicer place to stay!

Beautiful place and wonderful staff. For sure our go to destination when we visit Rehoboth.

When we got there to check in we got a tour of the place which was nice as opposed to someone just handing us our keys and being done with us. For sure was more personalized experience which was great. They have breakfast every morning to-go style since covid, you have to fill out a form every night to get breakfast and pick it up in the morning. Coffee is always available in one of the small store room type which was very nice for my addicted to coffee fiance. Parking wasn't too far away, a minute or two walk if that. Con is that you can get blocked in but if you don't need your car until the day you leave then that's no issue. Beautiful decks and sun room. I loved our room (31) and will probably book the same room when we come back. Thank you guys for a lovely stay!
