Crocs at Rehoboth Outlet

My family and I visited the store on December 23rd in the early evening time. My sons both needed new Crocs and we also had to buy a pair for a gift. Both boys picked out their Crocs as well as a few charms while my wife searched for a size 10 as a gift, but unfortunately was unable to locate anything that would work.

We headed to the checkout area to pay for our merchandise and were greeted by an employee named Jaidyn. She began counting out our charms and quickly informed us that if we grabbed two more we would save a decent amount of money, so we did. Thank you, Jaidyn! Next, she informed us that we would be saving 25% on the second pair of Crocs...we had two pairs so this was great news! Jaidyn then asked if we were military, teachers, or first responders...my wife is a teacher and we were given an additional 10% discount as a result. Thank you again, Jaidyn! When we were just about to finish the transaction, Jaidyn informed us that if we purchased the Croc cleaner, we would save $20 additional...which seemed like a no brainer. Thank you once more, Jaidyn!

My wife and I were amazed by the level of professionalism by this young lady, Jaidyn. She is clearly an asset to the Crocs company and should be treated as such. Jaidyn had a very calm and soothing demeanor and did not go over the top with a fake personality. She seemed very genuine and a natural at performing her job at 110% as if she owned the store. Jaidyn is the type of employee any company in any industry would pounce on. I hope the Crocs company recognizes Jaidyn for her natural ability to run the show in the most humble and respectful fashion. We didn't leave the store amazed by our purchase or even the product. We left the store amazed by the young lady who went over the top to give us the best experience possible.

It should also be noted, after our transaction was completed, Jaidyn went in the back and found us the size 10 we wanted. As she passed the box to another employee to ring up, she quietly said to her co-worker, "please apply the teacher discount."

I was going to give this location 4 stars because it was extremely crowded and it was hard for me to find what I was looking for - THEN a lovely store rep asked me if I needed help and I honestly didn't know where to begin as I haven't owned or worn crocks before. I told her I was confused about sizing. Despite the hullabaloo of lots and lots of people in the store, she treated me like I was her top priority, had me try on two different sizes and also showed me where on the hanging tags to look for the size. She compared both sizes on how they fit my feet and told me which one she recommended based on how the shoe fit the bottom of my foot. She was very knowledgeable and helped me find the shoe I was looking for online and I felt way more confident placing my order than I did earlier in the day!

Awesome experience....showed up the other day 2 minutes before closing and they still let us in to have a look around. Staff was amazing and helped us to find a pair of crocs we'd been looking for, never felt like we were inconveniencing them or were being rushed out the door

Great place for diffrent colors! Went to crocs today and bought a light blue classic pair along with gems. Super clean and employees were very helpful. Great if your not from the area and want crocs you cant find locally. A ton of varying sizes too. Will be back!

I’m a loyal customer who is a huge croc fan !!! I have to say shopping at this location they always have great stock and the store is always clean! One thing that stood out to me is the amazing store manager,John.. I had the pleasure of meeting him recently when he went out of his way to find certain inventory on a specific product for me!! Customer service means a lot to me as a loyal customer and I’m proud to be a shopper at this location !

Selection is great. I know some you can find slightly cheaper online. But once you add the cost of shipping and also waiting… I’d rather pay the extra money to walk out the store with them in my hand. I also like the idea of trying them on and seeing how they look. Great place if you’re a fan of crocs

Busy place, comfortable shoes. Tons of styles including dress shoes and high heels for women. Kinda pricey for an outlet store. And several of the shoes we wanted were out of stock in the size we needed.

We had a great experience shopping at this store! They had so many styles- in the sizes we needed! Everything was neat and orderly and the Staff was wonderful and so helpful!
