Xfinity Store by Comcast Branded Partner

DJ was my xfinity tech - he was awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable. Not a simple issue but he definitely knew how to resolve it. Grateful for his help. Explains all and I was able to walk out with issues resolved. Thank you DJ and other xfinity staff who got me to the right person to fix the situation.

What a turn around in my confidence as a COMCAST /XFINITY customer. I am new customer to Delaware, but not new to COMCAST. I decided to add mobile service to my existing account, and there were a lot of errors made with my initial set up. It took a month for me to receive my phone and I was given a lot of conflicting information from other reps. I finally received my device, but I felt anxiety about going into the store. Reluctantly I did yesterday and DJ assisted me. An absolute JEM! He was patient, knowledgeable and incredibly enjoyable. He spent nearly two hours with activation and set up. In addition to my phone set up, DJ also assisted me with my rewards, adding additional lines and issued a request for a credit on a service call for my TV service. I am so appreciative of ALL of his help and I am more than happy to write this review. Thank you DJ!!

If you ever need assistance from the Xfinity store in Rehoboth, I hope you’re lucky enough to have Lionel help you. I stopped in to switch my cell phone from Verizon to Xfinity, and he just took care of it for me. He was obviously knowledgeable, but he was also courteous and friendly. Thank you, Lionel!

Visiting your store was a amazing experience with DJ. HE WAS SO HELPFUL. I had a hard time understanding many things and he took the time I need to have it explained to me. I have been an AT&T customer for over 25 years and made the switch to xfinity with DJ. He saved me $120 a month and I went from 2 bars to 5 bars. Love the service and DJ was so amazing. Go see him!!!!

My elderly father and I visited this Xfinity store because he needed a new phone. We also wanted to explore switching to Xfinity as his carrier. This is when we met DJ. He was very knowledgeable of the phones that would be appropriate for an elderly person and the plans Xfinity offers. He was also very patient with two people that are not tech savvy. Do not hesitate to go to this store. When you arrive, ask for DJ.

Really great experience with DJ. He helped with my account and got me even more savings by switching my cell phone and watch over from AT&T.
