Both experiences were really good. Isiah assisted me on my first visit and he made it a great experience. The shoes I was purchasing were on sale and that made it even better.
I'm not sure if it's their process but listing the correct price on the shoe would be most helpful so I wouldn't have to keep asking if they can check to see if the shoe is on sale. It's not a deal breaker if they don't have it in my size. However, this is a time-consuming task that takes the assistant away from helping other customers with more taxing questions or issues.

Took my 3 grandsons to look for school shoes.
They shop there often with their parents this was my first time here.
I was so impressed with the service. We were approached as soon as entering store.
His name was Dalton, he was young but his level of maturity and kind courteous service is something you seldom see anymore. He was so good with the boys he helped 2 of them find the perfect shoes and the 3rd grandson wanted a pair that was out of stock so Dalton checked the online site found the shoes and told me he could order for me or I could. I chose to order and have sent to house.
This young man made their day. They are now excited for school to start.

Went there to get my three sons new shoes for school, we were greeted right away by an employee named Grace, she helped us with trying on everything and running back and forth to the back finding everything we needed and was very patient and nice .... Great service, great employees and will definitely be buying our shoes from there from now on.
