Bourbon Brick Oven & Grill (Under New Management)

Under the new management, Bourbon Brick Oven Pizza has truly transformed into a 5-star dining gem! The wings here are nothing short of amazing - perfectly cooked with a great flavor options! As a fan of NY style pizza, I was blown away by the authenticity and quality of their pizzas. The crust was just the right mix of crispy and chewy, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. To top it off, their bar selection is fantastic, offering a wide range of choices that cater to all tastes. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Highly recommend!

As two visitors from Wisconsin... this was SO GOOD! We were greeted by Makenna and she was absolutely wonderful! She gave us suggestions that were top notch and will definitely have us telling everyone we know.

She recommended the Brick Oven Special pizza and the garlic knots. She even told us a little secret that the ranch is homemade along with all the other items on the menu down to the marinara sauce (which you can definitely tell)!

Definitely a must if you are in the area and love pizza!

The food is amazing. The pizza crust is crispy and everything was fresh and homemade. The pizza is cooked in a brick oven. The meatball sub was also very good the sauce on them is homemade as well. The Margaritas were also great we tried guava and passion fruit. No standard sweet and sour mix is used there they use all fresh ingredients for the Margarita as well. The owner is walking around and checking that everything is as you ordered. We will go here again.

We stopped here after looking for a pizza place while in Bardstown for the Arts & Craft Festival. Google had a good rating and not a chain store.

This place is easy to get to, but not on the tourist route. It's a small place and clean. We got there before the evening rush and got good service.

I had the 10 inch Supreme Pizza, 4 meats & 4 veggie toppings. It was great! I hadn't eaten for about 8 hours and I was determined to eat all.

My girlfriend had the Calzone. It was large and twice more than she cold eat. She loved it and will take the leftover to work for her lunch.

We both are glad we found the place and recommend to others.

We came back after our annual visit for the Bardstown Arts and Craft Festival. Again, service was good, food was great, and we will be back.

Food was good, Tony provided excellent service maybe tell the owners not to pull away servers from customers and give wild stares to staff and customers. Too many people standing at the window staring instead of helping. Having desserts would be nice too. Maybe even a drink menu. Why have 9 tvs on the wall and 6 of them off?

This place was winning on every front, especially for walking in at 9pm the night before Thanksgiving! Music, real pizza, quality salad!

Makenna was outstanding. Only server working when they got slammed. She did a great job working the room to provide everyone service.

Ordered mushroom Swiss burger and wife ordered cheese and pepperoni with extracheese. We both very much enjoyed our meals. Good food great service.

Good bar food, good drinks, great service. We were visiting from out of town and came in before our 8:15 reservation at the Rickhouse. The apps and service were great. We actually came back for dinner because the Rickhouse was an overpriced tourist trap.

The live musician playing here that night was incredible. Her name was Cherry Chub. If I lived locally, I'd be here every night she plays (and many she doesn't, both the staff and local regulars made us feel right at home).

Walked in 5 minutes after the kitchen closed and talked them into making pizza and wings. Great food and service.

Food was really good. Drinks were cold, and mixed well. Friendly service. Wore masks properly, if you're worried about it. Most definitely will be back.

They were super slammed, Tony did an amazing job! While we were there 2 groups didn't tip, if you aren't going to tip, don't go out to eat!

Great place with really really awesome pizza and wings. Im from the northeast and they have the pizzas perfect. Environment is great and the new owner is also awesome. He was busy but took time out to get to know us and give us suggestion on what else to do in Bardstown. He also promoted other restaurants and pubs in the area. What a great way to go, he was promoting the whole Bardstown experience. We will definitely be back. You can't go wrong with this place.

Sports bar and grill vibe, the Buffalo hot wings were fantastic and packed some good 'heat'! Staff were super friendly and helpful with suggestions around the area. Convenient walking distance to two major chain hotels.

Tony was amazing! Really great at his job and with the guest. The food was amazing, along with the atmosphere it was a very awesome experience. Will definitely be back to see Tony.

This is our fav pizza place! The staff is super nice and accommodating. They don't have a Margherita Pizza on the menu, but they went out of their way to make it the best they could, just for me, and it was amazing! Highly recommend! Keep it up yall!
