Great ladies who work up there, always friendly and polite, can take a minute to get everything when busy normally super fast, but think that has more to with being drivethru only, so not holding them accountable over that with all the regulation changes because of the covid. Ice-cream and shakes are always delicious and so are their Ice-cream cakes and polar pizzas, my kids now always choose those for their birthday desserts.

there was a young man working completely by himself on this super busy Sunday (05/14/2023) and he was AMAZING! He was incredibly kind and working hard to take care of everyone. He refers to customers as “my friend” which I find wholesome. I hope management sees this and learns how to properly schedule staff. One person is not enough for warm weather and weekend days. 5 stars for the young man working today. 1 star for management.

The manager"Megan"it's always happy and friendly and glad to see you return. Always knows my custom order and makes it perfect. She always asks how you've been and shows a genuine interest. My husband and I love coming here.

There might be the only one with snickers ice cream because the e town ones said they don't serve them only so yay go Bardstown and BOO E- town

Always a treat for my son and I.. and the chick that's usually working there is good vibes all around. This is a great place, it is old af (been there since I was a child, I'm 34 now) but it's surprisingly fresh and clean on the inside still to this day, it's been well-maintained and ran all this time! 5 Stars for its greatness and for being so sweet to my baby boy. 💗🍨🍦🍧💗

Always the most delicious flavors. Far better than any other ice cream shop around. As a matter of fact I'm thinking about getting some right now. After dinner of course because my family is awesome and they deserve a treat.

The people were super nice and have a vast variety of ice cream. The drive thru menu could have a list of their ice cream but either way they have no problem telling you what they have.

Always amazing. We got a hot fudge and a strawberry smoothie. Amazing spot to take a break during a walk!

Tasty! Baskin-Robbins is one of my favorites. No soft serve for me! I like chunky and delicious! Great location. If the weather is nice, get it to go and walk around the beautiful area.

My granddaughter's ask to go here every week after gymnastics! My daughter also found a vegan option which thrilled her!

Dakota was very nice and extremely helpful. He was very talkative along with the rest of the staff. It was very clean and while busy, very much under control.

Went here for my sons birthday cake last minute. Even though it was last minute they still got me one with his name on it. perfect. Thank you guys for the help.
