Had new floors installed in my condo this week by Anderson Carpet One and they look fantastic. Thank you to Tina who helped me pick out just the right vinyl flooring and kept me updated the entire time. The install team was fantastic as well. Did a very thorough job. They were on time both days, took care in moving the furniture and took their time to ensure installation was top notch. Love the floors!

Tina was great to work with from beginning to end. She gave me competitive pricing and her follow through was impressive, including coming by the instillation site and resolving an issue I wouldn’t have even noticed. I highly recommend her.

Superb job by the entire Anderson Carpet team. They quickly helped me to assess the exact carpet that I needed for a heavily traveled and complicated stairway, saw that it was quickly available from the distributor, and installed it on time and perfectly. Tina was totally supportive throughout the process and no one could have done a better job than John in the installation. Very pleased with their work and will certainly return to them again for future carpet needs.

Our experience with Anderson Carpet One was stellar. Being a little uncertain about what we wanted, Holly guided us to to several selections. Having two dogs we wanted durability, ease of cleaning, and also a pleasing aesthetic look. All of these boxes were checked off thanks to Holly’s patience and direction. In addition to the purchase for three bedrooms, we also purchased a large wool area rug for our living room. Everything exceeded our expectations!

I started looking for wall to wall carpeting for bedrooms in my newly purchased condo. I wanted thick heavy yet elegant feeling carpet to be laid on cement floors.
Anderson Carpet One employees stood out among the crowd of other flooring companies that I visited. I actually had three people assisting me to help resolve my multiple flooring issues with my condo.
First Kat, then Eric (both certified design consultants) and they even had the general manager, Cindy assist in helping me find a great option.
Cindy later came to my home to measure and brought various samples to match other flooring, furniture and the natural light in each room to make sure had the right color. Absolutely, Unbelievable customer service.
Unfortunately, Covid "Sheltering in Place" started before my carpet order arrived, consequently there was a pause for delivery. However during those months, Cindy took the time to call me just to see how I was and if there was anything I needed. What a caring and kind individual!
After delivery was allowed their carpet technicians took great care in preparing the floor surface before installing the padding and carpet. The results were beautiful. I can't recommend them enough.

They did an excellent job putting in hardwood floors and changing our wall-to-wall carpet to area rugs with professional binding. Special shout out to Holly who guided us through the process and was great. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience working with the staff at Anderson Carpet in Rehoboth. We had a glued floor the builder put in and they glued it inappropriately well. No one else in the area would touch the job. The team at Anderson not only understood what needed to be done and how to get it done, they were super easy to work with, communicated well, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The installers were just as good at being timely, communicating well, and doing a great job. They cleaned up so well, I could only find a little dust when there should have been a lot based on the demo phase. Thank you so much!

My family has been getting our carpet from Anderson One since 1975. They have always had a large selection of high-quality flooring. Their measurements are always accurate and their installation is superb. Recently I had two Runners made with extra carpeting I provided which was left over from the carpeting they installed in my condo. I went to the store in person to drop off the carpeting. The store was very clean and everyone was wearing a mask. They double checked my measurements and confirmed the size with me. I was leaving town and they were able to finish my runners in time. The manager of the store went personally to pick them up to make sure they would arrive in time. Excellent customer service!!!! I would never go anywhere else.

The staff was extremely helpful. You may pay more than a big box store, but you will get quality, compassion, patience, and customer service that goes far beyond what you can find elsewhere. They make recommendations that help achieve the look you desire. Installers arrived on-time, moved all our large furniture, and most importantly, were very clean! The experience I had with Carpet One was exceptional. I began to work with Wynemah who was transferred to Ocean City. Eric picked up the ball and it continued seamlessly until the job was completed which was new carpet in my entire home. Anyone who is considering carpet and are thinking Home Depot or Lowe’s need to get a quote from Carpet One. The price point is similar but the selection and quality are absolutely superior. You will not be sorry with Anderson Carpet One.

We were very pleased with the selection of carpet at Anderson Carpet One and the professional installation. We were looking for "unusual, artistic" carpet. We purchased carpet for our winding staircase. The installation looks amazing. In addition to the steps, they did a runner for our front hallway and for the top of the stairs. If you are looking for a wide selection of unique carpets and great installation, you should visit them.

We had a great experience with Carpet One. All the staff who we worked with were extremely helpful. The installers were very careful with moving our furniture and cleaned everything up afterwards. You would have never know that they were in our house except for the new carpet that we really are enjoying.

Nothing but praise for all, Sales rep. Jen, the gentleman who came to measure and most especially Justin and Dan who installed. I originally picked flooring which was of course the most expensive and when I mentioned this to Jen she found me an alternative which is every bit as nice as my original pick. Justin and Dan arrived when they said they would and worked a long 12 hours without so much as a break and, at the very end of the install they were every bit as patient and professional as they were when they arrived, cannot say enough about them, they and all associated with you are truly assets to your company who deserve to be noted.
