Kathleen answered my call and helped me navigate three tickets and their appeals. She is so kind and helpful, I was very surprised after seeing all the negative reviews. Unfortunately, the parking system is awful in Rehoboth but she was extremely helpful.

Absolutely unreal. Complete lack of empathy by the staff, a rude judge, and unprofessional in every way.

My dog was vomiting in my car. I pulled over immediately near Dogfish Head Brewery; however, there was no grass there. I walked maybe 500-600 feet to let my dog roam/make sure he wasn't going to get sick again. As I walked back (had maybe been away from the vehicle for 3-5 minutes), I saw a man taking photos of my car. I explained to him what just happened but he said "not my problem" and handed me the ticket. I immediately filed an appeal online, but the judge upheld the decision. I was being charged $30 for parking in a spot for 5 minutes due to a pet's medical emergency.

Additionally, they charge you just for filing an appeal and then direct you to another office when they don't want to handle an issue themselves.

Stay away from this town. Take your money anywhere else. I'm 43 years old never had a parking ticket always have over paid for too much time so I don't have to worry. They tell you to use the park mobile app. The app automatically adds your states initials to end of plate number. So then the d bag meter maids ticket you for having the wrong plate number. How are you supposed to know that's not right when the app does it for you? Then to office tells you to appeal it online so you do that they automatically just say no and jack you out of another $10 for asking questions.

As a local business owner here they never try to help you . They only believe their lies between the parking department and them . There is no way you can proof them anything and charged $10 more for appeal. What they're trying to say you were not in the Post Office and done !

Astronomical fees for simple parking mistakes and unclear signage. Will charge you more for appealing your ticket. No one you talk to has any sympathy. No payment plans offered on tickets. They don’t care if you can’t pay on time or need an extended period of time to pay. The parking department will tell you to ask the court for a payment plan and then the court will tell you to ask the parking department for a payment plan. Just a run around to get you to realize there is not a payment plan. Antiquated court system.

This place could be a great town but they are irrational about you park your car. Head in only or they'll hit you with a 50 dollar fine even if your tag is on both sides of the vehicle. Lame.

Supposed to be here at 10am. I got here there is nobody at the desk, you can hear the judge talking to someone. Sat for 30 minutes then left I had no way of knowing what was going on and no one around to help. (Update, apparently the judge is also the clerk)

They charge you more just for filing an appeal for outrageous parking tickets. Visitors beware!
