The Admiral on Baltimore

I was pleasantly surprised at how new and fresh our room looked at the end of the season. Everything was super clean, flooring in perfect shape, no issues with the bathroom, fridge worked great and the beds were very comfortable. Got a quiet night's sleep. Location so convenient to the boardwalk and public beach access with restrooms.

Room smelled amazing, not the usual musty smell you get at the beach. Very clean.The pool was well maintained and the decks were very nice also. Maintenance was on the ball, our A/C stopped working and they replaced it in less than 20 minutes. Very friendly staff. Great view of the coast and the main drag from the 5th floor.

I stayed here last weekend and I had a great experience. Each day I stayed I always came back to my room all cleaned and it smelled amazing. I wanted to thank three housekeepers for their amazing hard work and their heart felt notes. So I thought I'd write a review thanking Tammy, Courtney and A.j for their amazing hard work and the heartfelt notes. I will definitely come back.

We just stayed here for 3 nights over Easter weekend. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room on the 5th floor. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The location is great right at the beach and boardwalk. The entire staff here were friendly and helpful. This was our second stay at this hotel and we will stay here again next time we are in Rehoboth. Great place to stay!

This was our first stay with the Admiral and it was so great! The front desk staff were friendly and got us checked in quickly and we found our room to be clean with fresh smelling linens and a personalized welcome note from the Head of Housekeeping, Tammy. The location is great and since the hotel has parking we were able to walk to all the places we wanted and never had to move the car. We could see the ocean from the balcony and there was a Belky’s arcade right around the corner that was tons of fun for kids and adults! I will definitely be staying at this location again! Tammy seemed very passionate about her guests having a nice safe time and I felt if I needed anything she would help make it happen.

Our motel room room was very nice, tastefully decorated, in good repair, and immaculately clean. Front desk staff were very helpful. The location is excellent - right by the beach. I'd definitely consider coming here again.

The staff were very friendly. If you asked for something they made sure you got it (housekeepers and office staff) rooms we clean and comfortable. Thank you for the comfortable stay. The view of the beach was also very nice.

We've stayed here twice, we love it! Front desk people are very friendly, rooms are very nice and clean, comfortable bed, and the location is excellent, the beach is a 2 minute walk away!!!

Clean, fresh, modern feeling rooms without that beach damp feeling. Great location by the boardwalk and main thoroughfare without the noise and traffic. Easy check in and out.

We just returned from a one night stay at the Admiral. I wish we could have stayed longer but we were only able to get a little time off from work. This hotel was obviously remodeled recently. The bed was comfortable and the view from our 5th floor room was amazing! The location is awesome right at the beach, boardwalk, and shops. The room was spotless and they are following all of the covid precautions. We felt very safe there. Our room was pretty soundproof which was nice. They have an indoor pool which is great. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Rehoboth.

It was awesome. Glad they removed the rugs and replaced with better flooring. The King mattress was very comfortable. Could use fluffery pillows. Our service provider was Sissy she was very pleasant and I told her that was what they called my mom and my aunt. So I know we were taken care of . thank you Sissy.

We had a wonderful satu at this quaint beachside hotel. The staff was warm, inviting and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Could not have asked for a better or more relaxing experience.

Loved the Admiral. It's not fancy but it's clean and well maintained with a great staff. The room (2 queen standard view) was roomy enough for my wife, two kids and myself. Great proximity to the boardwalk. Also it has an indoor heated pool if you come during the off season. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. Nice size room with 2 queen size beds. Partial ocean view from 5th floor. Elevator was ok. Toilet in room seemed short and not elongated like I'm used to but did the job. Hot water in shower lasted. Nice size mini fridge. Has small coffee pot, hardryer, Comcast TV, Shared balcony with 2 chairs and small table. Short walk to beach. Nice pool open until 10pm.

We would love to return in August to see the improvements. We had such a good time last year. We tried to get a reservation but you were booked.

I really liked this laid-back hotel. The staff was very friendly, we had a great view from outside our room, the location is excellent, and the rooms are undergoing some renovations, so a lot felt really new.

The traditional furniture is being replaced with more contemporary and clean furniture, and it's a huge improvement. The floors in the rooms are a nice looking linoleum instead of a grody carpet. We didn't hear other people in neighboring rooms. While we were leaving, we noticed that during our stay, new railings had gone up, and we never even noticed any noise or anything. New sunshades look like they went up during our trip, too. The property and the rooms were very clean, as well, even during this phantom construction.

Some people have posted pictures of rusty stairs and the like, but this is an old building with stairwells exposed to the elements just a handful of feet from the beach. The wear (and sand in the elevator, etc.) was, for me, expected and didn't detract from the experience for our family. Plus, it seems like the property is undergoing renovations, so these things might be improved soon (at the fast rate they were working when we were there).

Rooms were family friendly with a seating area outside the door and inside by the window. Long counter space is available with the new furniture, and the room has a nice size refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom vanity looks like it's part of the old set of furniture, so it may change, but it had an expansive counter and a long generous shelf below to hold all of our toiletries. The bathroom was absolutely standard. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the linens smelled fresh and clean.

We wished we had brought a few things with us. First, the linoleum floors in the room were perpetually coated in sand: a floor mat to clean up our feet or a little broom or even some slipper shoes to wear in the room would have been awesome. Second, it's an older property, so while there were more than enough wall plugs, it would have been so much more convenient to bring a power strip so everyone could charge phones, Bluetooth headsets, etc., at the same time (and without unplugging lamps). Finally, there was a little shelf in the vanity area, but no hangers. It looks like the room used to have a wardrobe, so that may be added later, but we had to hang clothes from the shelf, which worked perfectly fine, but we only brought a single hanger!

Some last tips: There was a hose in the second-floor parking area in which you could get all the sand off your beach toys, shoes, etc. We didn't realize this until the last day, but it worked really well! It was a proper hose with a multi-nozzle spray gun and worked very well. And the elevator can take a very, very long time and you have to kind of wait in the way, so just start off taking the stairs. The stairs are an easy climb with good handrails.

My bridesmaids and I stayed here for a long weekend and were really pleasantly surprised by the room and staff!! All 5 of us fit well into 1 room with 2 queen beds and a "cot" which was more like a unfoldable twin size bed. The staff was available 24 hours a day and when we needed a corkscrew they had one, as well as anything else we might need!! This place works really well for a just roll out of bed and hit the boardwalk kind of place. If you're looking for a fancy breakfast and crazy amenities in your hotel, this isn't the place for you. BUT - if you're looking for a hotel where you can just crash in at the end of the day, this one was perfect. Definitely would stay here again!!!

I have been to the Admiral many times. They have updated the look of the rooms. You are only steps away from the boardwalk and beach. Most rooms are ocean view. They also have an indoor pool. A little expensive for a week stay, but fine for a few day get-together.

Fantastic hotel! Super clean, modern, late check out times available, plenty of free parking, great staff and only a few feet from the boardwalk! Couldn't be happier with my choice to stay there!

Absolutely love the Admiral. Was there with family over the holiday weekend. Hotel is beautiful and located in a prime location. Staff was amazing and friendly Especially Mike and Tammy at the front desk. Mike was knowledgeable of the town and friendly. Tammy took the time to make sure all of our needs were met without even leaving our room. Also their maintenance person Chris was very patient despite a small problem encountered over the weekend and helpful as well. Altogether it was a great stay and the entire staff was great. We definitely would recommend the Admiral to friends and family and will be staying again.
