My MacBook screen was creating its own vertical designs whenever I turned on my computer. I took it to Delaware PC Services and now my 10 year old computer is working like new. They also backed up my data on a thumb drive. I could not be happier. Great service, wonderful people and very cute dogs.

My wife and I just had the best customer service ever. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and more integrity than I’ve seen in awhile. Fixed my wife’s Apple laptop quickly. Customer for life.

Needed some laptop repairs and found this store online - customer service was excellent and the price I felt was very reasonable. The store kept very good communication during the fix and called me the moment it was ready. Can't even tell there was damage done to the Laptop - very happy with this store and will return in the future for any computer needs!

The folks have knowledge and inventory to address a wide gamut of needs... and pups who give a robust welcome. I always come here before Amazon or Staples.

I own a gaming PC that has been a bit of lemon. I purchased a new power supply, plus some new cooling fans, and I didn't feel comfortable doing the install myself. at first I was nervous about the amount they where asking to do the install but after talking with them I decided to go ahead. They worked fast (turn around time was a little under 24 hours) and the quality of the work was amazing. I will be coming back in the future

Been here several times. No matter the situation they were right on it. Today we purchased two computers plus left my old one that crashed. They are going to try to salvage at least my photos.. treated kindly, fairly and with smiles. Adore the “fur kids” and we left feeling confident and feeling great about the money involved. I could not have been luckier to have found Delaware PC Services. I had to purchase a new computer prior to my visit to Ocean City. Since it was the same, in my eyes, as my replaced computer, both are a Dell Inspiron 17 inch laptop, I didn't bother to replace the power source I kept in my travel computer bag.
Naturally when I attempted to connect the old power source to the new laptop it didn't fit. Words were uttered, bad words, Dell should be embarrassed. Of course it was Saturday night, after everything had closed, and nothing was opening Sunday. I consulted the almighty Amazon, and the naughty Dell. They could each send me the needed part, but it wouldn't arrive until Thursday or Friday. I'm going home Saturday, so if I had to go that long, I might as well wait until I returned home.
A quick search for Dell computer parts and sales produced a glimmer of hope with a couple of office supply stores and Delaware PC Services listed. I waited until Monday morning, and fingers crossed called them.
Miracles happen! They had exactly 1 power source that fit the description. I packed up my laptop and headed out. Their store is exactly what you want a computer store to be. Plenty of parts and accessories in cases and on the walls, and a couple of people who know more than I about repairing and tricking out your ride, as long as your ride is on the internet.
I paid a competitive and reasonable price for the new power source, and.the lady who helped me was perfectly professional throughout the visit.
While I hope I never need them again, I am glad to know Delaware PC Services is there and ready to help.

Excellent local shop with husband and wife team that works on your computer while you wait. No appointment needed. Both PCs and Macs. They saved me from a boatload of trouble by fixing my Dell laptop. Whew!

After recently making a mistake by ordering a laptop pc from Amazon and having to send it back I came here to actually buy another. They just happened to not have any new, but one was supposed to get delivered that day sometime. Well that statement was no sooner made and the UPS truck showed up at the door and there it was. I already had been told about the laptop and I handed my cc right then. Couldn't wait to check it out when I got home -and I am so pleased with it and I am so thankful for the knowledge and customer service I received there. Recommend to anyone!

These nice people have rescued me three or four times now from broken/busted/chewed up/fried laptop problems, and every time I've been impressed by how fast and professional they are and how inexpensive the bill is. A truly great local business, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Delaware PC was outstanding. Problems reconnecting my laptop to my printer could not be resolved by others. The Geek Squad, which I had been paying annually in case of emergency service needs such as this, was totally useless and a waste of time: an unresponsive phone maze which ended up offering home service repair “in a month...”. Delaware PC services had human response from the beginning and worked with me on a date and time that was mutually convenient. Kathy showed up on time, listened to my explanations of the problem and fixed it in ten minutes. I will be cancelling any further dealings with Geek Squad; Delaware PC has my business from now on. My laptop wouldn't start up and had very little space left on the hard drive for the OS. I brought it to these guys on a Saturday morning, and they had everything cleaned up when I came back. They stayed past their closing time to finish the job. They also increased the disk space for my OS to operate more efficiently. They answered all my questions and gave me advice on virus software. I would definitely go back to work with them and would recommend them to locals and visitors alike.

Simple, Delaware PC services clean up my lap top and it is now running so sweet. I did not notice how slow it had become over 2 years, but now it is super fast.
They also loaded a new antivirus for me.
