With friendly, welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable staff being the cherry on top. Would definitely make a regular stop if not being 2,158 miles away from home!

I was sent here by my physical therapist following a gait analysis which identified some issues that weren't being helped by my previous shoes. I had a wonderful experience. Christine really knows her stuff! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and very low-pressure. It is obvious that she is passionate about what she does.. I"ll definitely be back when I need new shoes!

These folks are awesome! I have been satisfied with each and every experience thus far. All staff members that I have worked with are knowledgeable, listen to your concerns/thoughts/preference and consider your unique running needs when suggesting a shoe right for you. We began buying from them when we went to get our daughter's running form analyzed and then get her fitted for cross country shoes. For the past 4 years, we have exclusively purchased all of our running shoes for the family from this store. I like how they show little brand loyalty but instead provide you with a set of various high quality shoes tailored to your specific needs and form in a range of prices, so that you can make a well informed decision. There no pressure sales approach is also greatly appreciated.

I walked in without any real knowledge about shoes. After measuring and observing my walk I was recommended a few options. The Brooks that I purchased are far and away the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. The service here is incredible!

The gentleman that helped myself and my sister was extremely knowledgeable about the shoe brands he offered and really worked with us to ensure proper fit and maximum comfort. They do a great job of fitting you; they look at your stride and provide several choices of quality shoes. (They provided 5 different brands of shoes for each of my 2 sons.) And, they work with most (if not all?) of the local schools to provide special nights where they discount shoes, making the prices very competitive with large box stores. And, unlike the box stores, you get attentive and knowledgeable staff.

My mom has Alzheimer’s and taking her to stores is intimidating but Christine was so friendly and it really was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had (I hope I spelt your name right). I could not put into words how much it meant to me to see someone show my mom the patience and understanding you did. She loves her new shoes!! :’)

I bought a pair of running shoes at the beginning of the Turpin high school training which starts in June. My son has big feet and there were only one pair of ASICS that fit him (which he likes). The lady that fit him informed us that the shoe had a defect in the toe, ripping and if his ripped we could return it at anytime. Well, 4 months later they tore insanely in the front. I know he had a lot of mileage but I’d never seen shoes tear so bad. So I called over to the Beechmont running store and the girl informed me that the owner said it was way past the time people had been complaining of the tear and that I had to call ASICS myself. I understood because, stores have to have policies but then it soon became more than I could deal with at the end of the season when my son needed shoes for the last couple of weeks. Then my son came home from practice and said one of his buddies had the same pair of shoe, same thing happen, and got a replacement. So I got a hold of the owners number, who then called me very quickly after my message and apologized and offered the pair of shoes. I was completely surprised and felt very pleased with his kind customer service. He definitely has a lifelong customer. Thank you!

Everyone at the store is extremely knowledgeable, nice and does everything in their power to make sure you have the right shoes based on your individual needs. Will be going back anytime I need a running/walking shoe!
