New Wave Spas

John and his folks are just the best. My spa was in pretty bad shape when I first bought my house. New Wave came out, gave it a good once over, cleaned everything, and gave me a hands on course in how to maintain it.

That was a couple of years back. Recently, I had a pump fail. Once again, they were out right away and had me back in business in no time.

Great company and great people. I’m glad they’re here.

I don't know who the customers are that haven't had a good experience here. I have always found John to be friendly and helpful. I stopped in yesterday with a problem on my spa. John sent somebody to check it out in the afternoon. He was unable to make the repair due to access problems but he did provide a diagnosis so I know how to proceed. As a bonus, the technician helped my daughter remove a stuck oil filter from her car. When I called this morning to make payment arrangements, John said to forget it, there's no charge. Can't get much better than that. Will definitely keep going back to get my filters and chemicals, and if necessary, repairs.

Loved the new hot tub. We purchased our hot tub during covid. John was honest with us, saying it could take a year to get a new hot tub. It ended up taking 7 months. John made some good recommendations and was at our installation, This is our third hot tub and by far the best hot tub we every owned, We are in it every night and couldn't be happier.

I bought a used spa almost two years ago from a friend. Knew nothing about spas and went to New Wave. He has spent more time talking me out of thing than selling me things. Before selling me anything he walked me through the steps to make sure the spa worked. Has been a great source of info and he does tell me I need something - I buy it!! Talked me out of several things he had for sale, and then explained why I did not need it - VERY trustworthy!

We have been very pleased with our hot tub and the level of service we have received from this company! The owner helped educate us about hot tubs in general, and helped us choose the best one for our wants and needs. Follow up service is also excellent - nothing has been wrong, we've just had some questions and needed some supplies. I would highly recommend them!

First off, what the hell is this guy’s problem? I agree with the other reviewers. This guy is obnoxious. When you ask a question you get the feeling like he’s thinking, “Why the hell did you ask that?” Then he doesn’t listen or doesn’t understand you and gives you wrong information. We were also looking at side-by-side spas that were clearly different and he was saying the features were the same. Even when he showed me the features of a spa his tone was like, “It’s a spa, what do you think it does?”

That’s not the worst of it, though. These aren’t even nice spas. He’s talking about “stainless steel” features that are made of plastic, the mobs aren’t easy to turn. The spas don’t have modern cleaning features.

To their credit the spas are less expensive, but I have a feeling you get what you pay for.

Horrible, I would give no stars if possible. He is very rude and obnoxious. Never shows up and verbally complains and yells . waited 3 months for my spa part at a stated price, he came with triple the amount plus a padded service call amount that was not on the bill of sale. He tried to scam my neighbor regarding a repair as well. Go to the other Spa Dealer!!!

Wow John was so rude i had to walk out before i punched him! Not a good guy i can tell you that. I introduced myself and he litterally said "what do you want" in the worst way possible! Save the time and temper and go somewhere else! Jeff remember customer service is not being a jerk!
