J.Crew Factory

By far THE best J. Crew Factory I've been to on the East Coast. I live within 40 minutes of two others but I come here anyway (which is a 2 hour drive). I never leave empty handed and this only one of two that has clothes and shoes from the regular stores. I have an amazing pair of sandals that were $229 on J. Crew's website (which at the time were currently still on the site), were marked down at this store for $59 and they were 50%!! The customer service here is excellent and they are always willing to help. I'm a size 12/14 and I never have a hard time finding my sizes, even in the clearance section.

The JCrew outlet is my go to for work and holidays, I've been coming here forever because I can always find what I want and need. The best part about the store though is Jen. I first remember Jen from a time when I came in to find an outfit for a job interview. I was stressing about looking just right and I think she could tell. She very sweetly asked what I was shopping for ended up dressing me head to toe and nailed it. She changed a stressful event into a moment of empowerment; I left feeling great. Fast forward to the holidays and Jen was there with a smile and happy to assist, and separately made suggestions for what ended up being the perfect gifts.. Thankful for her expert opinion, thoughtfulness, & professionalism, she is truly one of the better parts about the store.

Debbie helped me pick out a great suit and get the best deals. Extremely helpful! Also a gentleman name Steve or Scott or something was great for additional assistance.

Such a great j crew and an even better staff!! They are super friendly and very patient. There was a very difficult customer while we were in the store and despite this customer insulting literally all the staff- the staff remained calm and graceful. Much more patience than I would have had!!
