I simply cannot imagine a better realtor than Scott Wagner. He made what would have otherwise been a tortuous process flow smoothly. Scott was awesome to work with! We live about 1.5 hours away from the property we were selling and he communicated with us frequently. He stopped by the condo several times to adjust things, etc. He even drove up to our other home to pick an item that needed to go back to the beach. We appreciated how quickly he responded to us and the frequent communication during this process. Scott's kind, caring, attentive manner was greatly appreciated and we look forward to working with him again!

I was Introduced to Scott Wagner by a coworker who used Mr. Wagner as his realtor when buying a second home in Rehoboth Beach Delaware. My coworker went on to tell me that if I ever needed a realtor Scott Wagner would be the person to use and that was solid enough information coming from someone in the home developing business.

I reached out to Scott when my family and I decided to sell our home on the Eastern Shore. Scott went from being our realtor to our friend after our first interaction with him. Our situation was a bit unique because Scott was dealing the obstacle of me owning the home with two other family members. He worked meticulously and effortlessly to resolve any issues that occurred during the sale of the home. We ran into a few hiccups along the process with both my family as owners and also with the potential buyers.
There were several situations that caused tension along the process as expected but Scott always stepped in and acted as a mediator and quickly resolving any issues before escalating.
It was clear that Scott had both the seller and buyer in his best interest at all times.
Scott went above and beyond from day one till the day of our closing by going into the home and tidying up the bathrooms and running a vacuum when none of us owners were available.

Buying and selling a home should be a pleasant experience especially with so much money involved, Scott made this experience pleasant. We had a successful and smooth closing and the best part about the process was having Scott in our corner and now as a friend.

Scott was a recommendation from a group we belong to in Rehoboth Beach area. Being from Atlanta looking to relocate to Sussex County/Rehoboth Beach area we did not know any realtors, but knew some names. We met Scott February 2020 when we began our home search traveling from Atlanta to RB. We arrived with our list of interested communities in hand that he knew each of them! Amazingly Scott gave us the pros and cons of the communities we had listed which aided us to narrow our search. From the very start we gave Scott our price range that he stuck with. What I think sets Scott apart is he knows what properties to show and not waste your time. After 3 hard days of touring homes we made a decision where to buy. The property was one that we did not know existed. He was honest about the location, stating it was Milton but had an Ellendale address, a ground up build. He had taken us to other new builds, these new builds we toured did not have the quality we were looking for or flexibility to add some of our designs but the one he lead us too did!! The builder sales team knew him and he knew them which was comforting. We signed a contract on our last day of searching home sites early February 2020 then Covid hit! I honestly can tell you if it were not for Scott and his relationships I am not so sure the deal would have continued. The entire build process was all new territory for him, us and the builder. But Scott made the difference from start to end, he knew all the right folks to ensure our goal was going to become a reality. To make a long story short we closed and moved in October 2020, almost a year later we could not be happier. We would certainly engage Scott again and highly recommend him to anyone. He even help us to locate a mover! I must add to my review we had begun our search of Rehoboth Beach area commencing 2017 with the goal of settling here. We had many recommendations of realtors during this time but none gave us the right vibe, but Scott Wagner, Realtor - Keller Williams Realty did! Oh, the guy does not hard pressure sell, he dealt with us!!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Scott Wagner is as a realtor. I worked with him on one purchase and two sale transactions. Of all the realtors I've worked with in my life which have been several in Philadelphia, Rehoboth Beach, Central PA and Fort Lauderdale - Scott Wagner is Top Notch! My most recent transaction with him was selling our home in Rehoboth to move out of state. We were living in Florida and Scott went by the house weekly to check on things. While he was there, he would quickly dust the counters, flush the toilets and quickly run the brush around the bowl to make sure the place looked its best. He helped coordinate all maintenance repairs found on the inspection during my absence since it was hard to travel with COVID. My last condo that he sold had low natural lighting, before every showing Scott would go by and turn on the lights so that the place looked its best for perspective buyers. During the closing process on my purchase with him, he found a few minor items with the builder that helped us save money. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about working with him. He even created special marketing around my one house because he knew it would appeal to people in Philly, DC, Baltimore and NYC - and he we sold it to someone in Philly. Scott has great instincts. He knows the market. Listen to him... he knows his stuff. I'm only sad that he doesn't have a license in Florida or I would use him here too!
