This was the cleanest McDonald’s restrooms I have ever seen. The staff was friendly and we received our food very quickly.

Idk what happened with this review but ppl need to stay off my stuff.. Ill pray about it..But this is actually my words...I like the atmosphere..ppl are very friendly, uplifting environment and a place of team work..hard work..fast paced...I do work there now...Im grateful for the employment..They gave me a second chance..when the odds were against me...It's not easy having a traumatic brain injury.. trying to enter back into society..Most ppl won't give u the chance ..due to certain mental disabilities depression, PTSD, I have a hard time understanding at times ..I do not draw any money for any SSI...or nothing..So I have to push forward through my issues and work..and I'm grateful they allow me to do so...No judgement or criticism..

I used the kiosk to keep an eye on my 3 young boys. The screen didn't turn off after 3 seconds when I had to catch a toddler bothering another table... Awesome.

They brought it to the table, and that was cool. I didn't have to herd the cats while waiting out turn. Only thing that was odd is that it asks you what type of pop (soda), then you still have to get up to fill it. Would save time if they just had "fountain - size". However, as a traveler, some McDonald's don't have a fountain machine accessible to the public.

The drive through order had a mix-up and they fixed it right away. They were helpful and super kind.

I'm not sure about the atmosphere cuz we went to the drive-thru and it was fairly late. In fact I think they were closing within an hour. But the service was excellent and the food was hot and perfect! I find often when we do special orders through the app like without catch up or without pickles or onions or something that it's not usually correct. They had every single part of our order correct and it was piping hot and service was excellent!

Good McDonald's location next to the motel we were at over weekend. Great staff, clean store, good food fast.

Evon was really nice and was very courteous when taking our order. She was very patient and let our 2 year old and 7 yr old order for themselves. We have lived in Winchester for two years and this is the first time we have gone inside to order. The restrooms were cleaner than most McDonald’s. The restaurant was clean and the employees created a really happy atmosphere. The food was good and fresh and our order came out quickly and correct.

The food was fresh and hot. The women at the front counter was very nice and polite. the place was very clean. Best McDonald's around this area. I recommend you check it out.

Stopped by for a quick bite, actually service was quick and the food was pretty good

It's hard to get five stars out of me 🤣 with that said, the way to my heart is definitely through my my family so when you treat them means a lot to me I've been in Winchester for about 6 days, everyone is so nice. Muscle has been good add tasty.The first time 2x's I went to McDonald's my frappe were kind of melted so I asked my husband to let them know when he went in the next day ever, since then they have been perfect and sometimes I order through the app so it's not like they see my car and they say all of them so I feel like they're like hey this was a problem and they fixed for everyone. Plus they're just like super friendly and I go out of their way to help you take care take care of customers and make sure they're happy. That's what customer service is about. Like you literally do not see this anymore in any business is so hard to have people that just care and take care of their customers so thank you so much! 🤩

Regular McDonald's nothing different with the food that you can't get at any McDonald's. But the staff there are great people that are very friendly and professional.

Pretty good location. Drive thru is pretty slow, but the food was good. Sweet tea had a cloudy look to it and a very strange taste. Ended up pouring it out.

I gave the atmosphere a three stars only because the Wi-Fi seems to be spotty when I visit, but I usually visit about the same time the kids are getting out of school so maybe that's it. Plus you get a lot of teenagers from the local high school and I'm an old codger and sometimes those young whippersnappers get on my nerves! But seriously I wouldn't go in and dine between the hours of 3:30 and 4:30 the place usually does a pretty brisk business but even so the drive-thru is reasonably quick considering what's going on. And they've never ever screwed up my order it's one of the few McDonald's that hasn't. Also one time I accidentally ordered a English muffin instead of a egg McMuffin, I didn't even know you could order a English muffin so that was awesome I get them all the time now with a senior coffee, I think it's $0.99? Anyway McDonald's is my go-to place for breakfast especially if I'm in a hurry. And this location also seems to have better coffee then some of the other locations.

I’m driving from Illinois to Jackson Ky. My car doesn’t have a spot that works to charge my phone. The manager was super nice and helpful. The lobby was closed but she still let me come in and charge my devices so I had directions to where I was going. Great experience! You saved me!

I don't normally write reviews, but I was having a bad day today and the lady at the payment window asking how I was doing and genuinely seemed to care when I said I had a migraine. It's the little things in life that really make a difference.

That being said I use this McDonalds frequently and service is normally pretty quick and accurate.

Great breakfast - best biscuits and gravy in town. The line is always long at the Winchester McDonald's but the staff do an excellent job of getting the orders out the door. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes even if I was at the end of the line. Place is always clean. Servers are friendly. Burgers are good. Last fish sandwich I got had way too much tartar sauce on it. Coffee is the best thing on the menu. Overall this McDonald's gets high marks from me.

We had our very large Sunday school group. We didn’t realize the lobby was closed. But they worked with us and let us eat in the lobby. Very easy to work with on our large order. Very nice and respectful staff.
