I dropped off a 13 year old Schwinn Ascension 29 for a tune up. The crank was a little wonky so they removed the bottom bracket and discovered it was trash and despite valiant efforts, they were unable to replace the bracket. Their more than fair solution was to put my handlebars and seat on a used Trek Verve 1 and "sell" it to me for basically the cost of the tune up! They refused to let me leave with an unrideable bike. All staff encountered were friendly, professional and accommodating! Don't go anywhere else for your next bike purchase or service

It's been a few months but during Memorial Weekend I found out Rehoboth Cycle had an Electra Townie 9D I was looking for. Called them on Friday morning about the bike and I would like to buy it. Bike was still in the box but they built it same day and I drove 140 miles to pick it up. I arrived and walked into the shop and the bike was sitting in the front of the shop all built and ready. I bought a rack for it and they installed it while I waited. I was really impressed with the overall service I received as they went above and beyond what they needed to do for me. Sorry I didn't post sooner but wanted to say thanks again for the great experience. It was well worth the 140 mile ride to pick up my Townie 9D.

Wonderful experience from pick up to drop off. Best value in the area. Locks come with each bike. SUPER friendly staff and owner. Great location. Can’t wait to rent again from them next year!

I have been to the shop twice, the first time I needed a new tube in my tire. The service was quick and high quality, the staff was friendly and helpful. The second time, I had ordered a new bike seat online, but while trying to change it the bolt stripped. I took it to the shop, they removed the bolt and changed the seat free of charge! Only took a few minutes and the staff was again very friendly and helpful. Definitely one of my best customer service experiences consistently. Highly recommend.

Used our free rental from Xplorie! which was very easy and rented an additional bike online. All was fast and convenient. The staff was quick and prepared for our pick up.Return was a breeze! Will definitely rent from them again!! Thank you.

In addition to beach bike rentals, the shop offers a FREE air compressor!! This bike shop is about 3-blocks from our beach condo; since we only ride our beach bikes about 6-10 times a year, it’s saved our bacon a few times when we forget our tire pump.

Customer service is always top notch. We have also purchased several accessories from them. Prices are reasonable. Selection is good. They have a top quality operation and we appreciate their proximity and convenience.

We had an outstanding experience renting bikes from Rehoboth Cycle. The bikes were in excellent condition and the trails recommended by the staff were very nice rides. I highly recommend renting from this location.

A top-notch establishment with incredible customer service!!

On a recent trip to Rehoboth, Nate & Kate’s shop serviced a flat tire on my rear hub motor electric bike (not a brand they sold). They were the only place In the area willing to help me. The other shops in the area said they did not work on any bikes not purchased from their Establishment. Not even for a flat tire.

When I asked Nate if I could watch their mechanic fix my bike to learn what to do next time, he was happy to accommodate me. Their mechanic, Kale, even educated me along the way 😀

If not for Rehoboth Cycle Sports, my weekend trip to Rehoboth would have been ruined.

If you want honest Staff that provides outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Rehoboth Cycle Sports.

These ppl are extremely tough, i popped my tire on my bicycle and miraculously it happened within eyesight of this beautiful place. I brought it in and they fixed it within 15 mins (left and came back) for a relatively low price (idk what average is, but I’m not complaining about price). I am a very very big fan of this beautiful shop. Thanks fellas

wow wow WOW.... Purchased 3 Trek bikes from another business and customer service was not the greatest. So, since I live locally-I stopped and met the owners of Rehoboth Cycle. WOW talk about customer service. They have helped me continually with my various bike needs-even though I did not purchase the bike from them. (Trek Marlin 8 RED) was not available when I needed it. I would never go to another Bike store other than Rehoboth Cycle. They have helped with buying bike rack, accessories and even a bike bag for travel, even though they do not sell. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE...

We did purchase and electric bike from them-I wanted to just buy any electric bike-Katie told me NO I WILL NOT JUST SELL YOU A BIKE without my husband trying it out first. I had to convenience him Electric was they way to go (covid survivor with leg complications and he is 55) So, we went-Katie explained all the details and let him test drive several models and we purchased Allant+ 8S Stagger-he has never been happier!

A great business to rent or buy from! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable people who helped me get the exact bike I wanted even with the supply chain/parts shortage. I would absolutely recommend them and their sister store in Lewes, who are just as fantastic.

I wish there was a way to give this shop more than 5 stars. They were absolutely the best in all categories, friendliness, professionalism, expertise and customer service. I took my bike in with a chain problem expecting to leave it for a few days. Before I could get the kickstand down the owner/manager and team were evaluating and workin on it. Seeing a sign for e-bikes I inquired about there popularity. The next minute I was handed an e-bike with the offer to take it for a spin which I did. When I came back my bike was ready and he even fixed my squeaky brakes. I went to check out and was told “no charge” and the owner/manager even helped my get the bike back in my car. What a great experience and I was having so much fun I forgot to get their names. Thank you!

The owner is always very kind and helpful every time I come in to visit or purchase something.

My wife rented a tandem for us. The bike was in decent condition and they provided a lock, which was very useful. The lady in the shop had very good advice for our first tandem riding experience and even offered to swap it for two individual bikes if we didn't get the hang of it. Fortunately we didn't need to take her up on the offer. I would rent a bike from here again.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all my many, many questions. Had our tandem bike serviced and it rides like new. Getting ready to purchase a new gravel bike here. Looking forward to another great experience!

The most remarkable experience I’ve had trying to purchase a Trek bike that is out of stock everywhere, literally. After calling bike stores from NJ, Delmarva down to O.C. I reached out to Rehoboth Cycle Sports.
It was my lucky day. Nate said he had a Trek Marlin in order. Two weeks later I picked it up and had the happiest 14 year old grandson ever.

We came down for vacation and the front wheel fell off my kids bike on the way. I stopped at Rehoboth Cycle Sports to see if they had anything in stock I could buy. The guy said he might have a used rim in the back that would fit. He went in the back and found it, took the tube and tire off a different rim and put it on this one. He then gave it to me free of charge and wished me luck. Great service and great people working here. Next time I’m in the market for a new bike or need service when I’m in town I will be back.
