Ciara has always made me feel so beautiful after sitting in her chair! I’m a natural redhead so i tend to stick closer to those shades, however she always captures the right colors for me! And the Extensions!!!! She is a pro when it comes to turning my short hair into long luscious locks! She works magic and I 10/10 recommend this young woman!

I'm in town from Tampa visiting family and was in dire need of a haircut. Noggins was able to get me in on short notice which I really appreciate! I had light brown virgin hair down past my waist. Ryan did an amazing job bleaching my hair and it came out so even from roots to tips. She to then took that amazing job and topped it by doing an even better Galaxy dye job. It looks better than I thought it would and I will be definitely be going back for any haircare needs as long as I am here.

I needed a cut but have been working late for a while. Ryan got me in last minute. She was really great, friendly, easy to talk to. She asked what I wanted and listened.

This was my first time at noggins as I am following my longtime hairdresser from Regis. I was most impressed with the salon and the way it is set up. All of the stylist's stations are hidden from public view which I really like because it's not pleasant to have your hair all wet and messy for the public to see when they walk in. I went in to get my roots bleached and told them that it was my first time getting my hair professionally done. Erica was so nice and made sure I understood everything before getting started. Definitely going back in the future!

I had been seeing Gabby for my color retouch and cut, and I was always pleased with her work. But then Frizzy moved to downtown Loveland and it wasn't as convenient for me, so I looked for a salon closer to home (Eastgate area). Well after trying different salons and stylists I'm returning to Gabby and the Frizzy Melon...nobody could seem to get the color right, nor the cut, Gabby is just that good!

I loved Lisa. I have South Asian hair and had to find someone who can understand the texture. Specially in Cincinnati:) she did a fabulous job..she is proffesional . N it's very very reasonably priced
