I have gone to the Menasha Post Office for 20 years. The staff are very helpful and nice. Cool old building. You can also buy shipping stuff, gift cards for many places, and greeting cards.

Both of the people that have helped me out at this location have been great! Incredibly friendly and efficient. I go out of my way to go to Menasha post office over some others in the area.

Helpful fast service. But I was fascinated with the architecture and features inside. I wonder how many post offices were built with this same layout throughout the mid west. The iron work inside reminds me of other buildings of similar vintage.

They are always so friendly and helpful. Even with my "dumb" questions. I drive there because, even though there is a post office blocks from my office, I love the "small town " feel and attention.

I want to thank Brenda for hunting down a package that was shown delivered in Menasha & is supposed to be going to my son at Ripon College. She was a life saver for any grief from my son!!!

It's your average post office.. I mailed a couple of packages that I brought in and the price was fair enough.. came with 100 dollars insurance on each item that was free. So thats cool.. and the staff was pretty helpful..

I paid for expedited shipping and was told it would be delivered in 2 days. It is 5 days later, 3 business days, and it is not delivered. I called to ask about a refund and was met with a RUDE woman telling me I was not eligible for a refund without a physical copy of my receipt. I have a picture of it on my phone and I still cannot get my money back that I paid for an unfulfilled service. This place is a sad excuse for a post office. Never again!

On multiple visits throughout the year service is curt and lackluster, whether enquiring about non-mail services or sending out mail. Other locations have better assistance and more courteous workers.

Once the guy there yelled at me how i packed my international package and repeated same thing i did wrong. There were other customers around. Finally i said, "that's enough to hear!". There was same experience in the past with same guy who is not happy on customer service... Since then my experience has been peaceful there and hoping not to have bad experience again...
