This was one of my fave places I've visited in a while! The staff is really friendly and the food and drinks were tasty. I tried the baked berry oatmeal and it was moist and jammed full of berries. The coffee was a special pumpkin latte. They make it with real pumpkin versus just a syrup flavor.
There are many rooms to walk though and thrifty items to buy. The prices are really reasonable for decor, books and other fun items. You can also sit in various rooms to eat and take a break.
I love the entire concept of this place!

Shelly and Ken are so friendly and have a great shop. They greet you by name and recall your favorites. Mine is the Italian Sausage Egg Bake with Slap yo Mamma seasoning and a Caramel Moca. The espresso is top notch. Her quality mugs are unbelievable. They keep coffee hot for a longer period of time than other cups, while the outside handle slays cool. Her cinnamon rolls are available every Thursday, and they are the BEST I've ever had! Microwave for 15 seconds, and they are PERFECT! I can not say enough about Shellattes! There is something there for EVERYONE. No matter what your profession. The shop is also big enough to find an area to sit with several rooms available. It's my favorite place by far.

Been coming here for about a year now. Shelly, the owner, and her entire staff, are absolutely amazing in every way!! The coffee and the baked goods are incredible! The shop is always very clean and nicely decorated! They also carry a very nice collection of merchandise from coffee mugs to t shirts to promote their awesome establishment!! I purchased a wonderful stone coffee mug there, with their logo, made in Wisconsin!! Drink my coffee out of it everyday and the well worth the money! I definitely enjoy supporting such a great local business, and always do whenever possible! I’ve always felt appreciated and welcomed here! Thank you Shelly and staff!!

Great service. Very cosey place. You can also set outside in the beautiful garden.
I highly recommend it, and I plan to come back whenever I come to Neenah.
Also, they have some nice shirts and cup with their logo on it. Smart things for gifts.

Sad I slept so long on this place! What a lovely little hometown spot. Super friendly staff and generous portions! The espresso is the best in town. And the best value.

In the evermore-increasing trend of sleek, minimalistic, yet cold cafés, Shellatés proudly retains the coziness and warmth of a café that many have come to love. The careful attention to detail in every mug of coffee and the atmosphere separate this place from the rest (even hidden handwritten notes in one of the desk-table drawers).
The Shelatte is arguably one of the best mochas in the area. Embodies the personality of the whole experience into a mug. Wonderfully done! 👏

We were biking in the area, so stopped in for the first time yesterday. This is a nice little coffee shop. Cozy atmosphere with great outdoor seating. They have a selection of sweet treats. Serve your drink in a stylish mug. Staff were quite friendly and helpful. When we were leaving, a gal who seemed to be in charge approached me and asked me how I liked my coffee. Engaged me in some chat about different taste in coffees. This is the kind of demonstration of customer service that you appreciate at a cafe unless you're a super introvert.

Great little coffee shop! Owner, Shelley, was so friendly and helpful. We had baked oatmeal and ham bake. Both were delicious and their cookies are the old fashion type with great flavor. Visiting family in the area but will stop by every day while visiting.

I'm always happy to drive 15 minutes out of my local area to come here to start my day or meet with friends!

Finally reviewing one of the most classic coffee shops of the Fox Valley, Shellattés has one of the greatest atmospheres a coffee shop can create, and a top notch menu of specialty coffees and syrups. Beyond the difficulty of choosing the perfect drink, deciding whether to enjoy it in their cozy indoors or vibrant outdoor seating will be your next hardest decision.

It was my first time here and the Mexican Breakfast Burrito and Iced Carmel Latte were fantastic! I love the cute dining room and the used book store is so cool. Definitely plan on coming again.

LOVE! This place has everything I've ever wanted in a coffee shop; amazing beverages, food, books, comfy seating, and fun gifts.

There are 3 kinds of chai and the spicy ginger was so good. The food offerings include grab and go (large variety to choose from) and fresh made meals. I seriously cannot say enough good things. The staff and owner made our visit wonderful. I wish we lived closer so we could become regulars!

My wife Nicole brought me home two pieces of chocolate cake with vanilla frosting from this shop today, and WOW! Eating that cake was an experience. I didn’t know such perfection was possible. I haven’t stopped smiling since I ate it. Do something for yourself today and stop by this place and grab some cake. You deserve it.

This place is an interesting little gem in downtown Neenah. Good coffee and pastries, with a small bookstore attached. I enjoyed my time grabbing coffee with a friend.

This independently owned café and used bookshop is so cute! The decor is so unique and provides such an amazing atmosphere. The baked goods, drinks, and coffee are all awesome! They have such a wide array of seating and types of books available. I would most definitely recommend supporting this indie coffee shop! 10/10!
