The service was excellent and very good rate at giving me new keys for my office desk drawers. I tried getting keys from Amazon but they didn’t fit at all.

Super fast even living 15 minutes away. Friendly unlocked in a minute super great service appreciate how timely and fast it was. Price was amazing for the service and timely work.

Bill did a great job helping program some new key fobs for our vehicle that I purchased online. I was impressed that he tried a couple different methods first before needing to charge to use the computer to get the job done...Very honest! He also sprayed the door key cylinder to make that lock operate much better! Also, Mobile Lock & Security charged a fraction of what a dealership would for the same programming service.

Earl came out to my work at 7pm, when most people are done with their day.
I had just worked a 13 hr shift and got locked out of my car. He rushed to me, and he did a phenomenal job! Had it unlocked in literally 2 seconds. He is a life saver and a VERY talented man. I appreciate you Earl. Thank you 😊

This man is a GODSEND! Im a single mother of three toddlers, and im constantly finding my keys missing. He is so nice and responsive every time he comes and makes me a duplicate key! There are a shortage of businesses that put the care and consideration into their work as this company does, and Nekoosa is lucky to have such a good business in their town. I hope they continue to get the business that they deserve, to keep this small town with their keys!

I have been working with Bill for over 11 years with our system as it's grown. He installed our first hard wired surveillance system and recently did an over all update with the top of the line upgrades. So glad he carries extra cameras to a job. Because you never know when you want to add more and make changes then originally discussedon the phone. The new system is a huge difference from the old one, you can see the water droplets on the vehicles. Called Bill told him I had an issue and he was out within 3 days making changing to the camera's. Stellar customer service as always.

After 12 hours of being locked out of my husband old truck n 1000+ different attempts, I finally called and with in less then 30 min they show up and have it open in seconds! Absolutely amazing service. ( and extremely affordable!!!!) Don't hesitate to call them like I did for 12 hours haha!!
