Atlantis Inn

We always come here for our annual visit. For the price, location, and room service, this is perfect. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and spacious, the pool nearby is nice to relax in, and being so close to the beach and other stores makes trips back and forth a breeze. Would heavily recommend for couples and families with 1-3 kids. After 17 years of visiting, I look forward for next year.

We have been coming here for several years. The service is great, the location is great. The staff are very professional and efficient. The only thing I was uncomfortable with during this visit was the pool area. When I went to the pool there was a family that had their dog at the pool not on a lease. I was in the pool and the dog came charging,barking and running around the pool edge. I thought he was going to jump in. I was very afraid. I could not enjoy the pool so I left. When I was leaving the dog was still not on a lease. Very dangerous situation. The hotel should stress the importance of dogs being on a lease at all times.

Definitely coming back! The customer service great and everyone was so patient. The rooms are clean and come with a fridge and microwave. Parking is nice and there’s even a pool! The hotel is basically walking distance from everything. I think this hotel reasonably priced and is located perfectly.

Very friendly and nice staff, the ladies in the office where super nice and the maintenance man was one of the kindest men I've met. My vehicles engine seized up and he offered to drive me to the dealership to get a rental luckily we have family that live near by so I didn't need to get a ride anywhere but thought that was a class act for offering.

Excellent! Beautiful room and CLEAN! I went on a family trip at the height of COVID and we initially stayed at the Sand Castle hotel, just a block away, and it was TRASH! Not to mention, I cleaned the room when we arrived at the sand castle and my rags were brown... We quickly searched for a new hotel and this one was one of the only places that had availability, was good quality, and the price was even a little cheaper! We booked last minute and were just elated when we went into the room to find luxury. The balcony is great for relaxing, even though it's shared. People are not crowding you and you have your own chairs to sit in right outside your door. The top floor was the best spot for us because it was right by the outdoor pool and sun deck. The elevator had some issues but honestly, with this location and price, I'd be suspicious if it was perfect! 😉 WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING!

My daughter and I recently stayed here for a few days. It was our first time because our usual place closed. It was clean and super convenient. The Sun deck is awesome for people watching. We will definitely be back.

Our biking group has used Atlantis Inn for our Rehoboth stop going back 12 years. They handle our group check-ins (involving a couple-dozen people, many with different last names and arriving at different times) flawlessly. The rooms have always been in good shape, and the staff have always been helpful. I can't say anything about the pool because we always come during the off-season, but the deck is a good place to gather after a long day and plan for evening dining. (No glass, though!) The location is perfect if you want to walk around town, and the beach is close enough.

Love this place! It's not fancy but perfect for a beach trip! Close to everything in town a customer service is top notch!

This place was amazing I had so much fun with my family and the staff were really nice. The pool was really relaxing. And nice temperature. I definitely recommend staying here I will never forget how much fun I had here.

Staff was friendly. The room was very clean. Beds are super comfy. Location is amazing! My dog liked it too. Will definitely stay here again.

Location to beach is fantastic. Staff was very friendly and polite. Pool is on the premise, if beach isn't your thing. Rooms were good, clean and acceptable. Great place to stay, book in advance if possible.

Room wasn't the most up to date, but the location was perfect! The rooms were clean and had no issues, the staff was wonderfully kind. We parked our vehicle and walked everywhere. Great food foot steps away, theater that was great 2 streets away, boardwalk a block away and so much shopping with cool little alleys of shops!

Stayed there last week for 3 nights. Rooms were very clean, although a bit dated. Location was great and the price is right. Jennifer at the front desk was amazing. She was friendly, efficient and accommodating. Because of her, we will return.

This was my familys 2nd time staying here.We had a wonderful time and stay at the hotel, staff was amazing(Eric and Sarah) went over and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable our in tire stay. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of restaurants, shops and a short walk to the beach. The Hotel and rooms were very clean you would see the staff cleaning and wiping down doorknobs elevator buttons and other surfaces day-and-night Which really put my mind at ease especially with the pandemic going on. My family and I would definitely stay again.

Simple amenities, but very clean, and nice staff who do their best to ensure your stay is a positive comfortable one. Free parking during your stay! Plus, cant beat the location for the price - just a block from the Boardwalk.

Clean rooms and kind staff. Great location for shopping and close to the boardwalk. Price friendly on the wallet. Deck and small pool area are nice touches. If price is your deciding factor and willing to forego luxury, then this 2-3 star hotel is it.

Front desk was friendly. Room was clean. And the hot water was hot. I like that I had a ground floor room with my dogs. Thanks for having coffee in the morning !

Right by the beach, affordable, parking available right in front of room. I would recommend to anyone, and will stay here in the future, as we come down every year. ALSO, we requested an extended stay, early morning of check out, and had no issues doing so. (Huge relief as I felt ill that morning and wanted to stay in the room while family was enjoying last morning/afternoon at beach. I would have otherwise had not many other options so this was a HUGE relief! VERY kind and helpful staff.

We got a room on the 3rd floor right next to the pool and ice machine. We had a really big patio area, kitchenette, and 2 queen/full beds. It was a quick check in, everyone was very pleasant and the WiFi was really good actually too, which can be very important. All in all we had a great stay and we'll probably be back next year!
