Shout out to Packer and Cody! My phone died and the two of them helped me out with a new phone and tablet. They answered all my questions and put up with having to walk my husband through the email approvals, over the phone (since my phone was dead). Great customer service gentlemen!

Zachary was very helpful. He fixed a phone problem that I have been having for months, and he even helped out my fiancé. He also gave us knowledge about what we can do with our phone plans! I have never once had a problem when I’ve went here. The whole team is amazing!

What a wonderful surprise to find a team so eager to help their customers. I just had a terrible experience with Walmart Verizon and vowed I would never use Verizon for anything again. Zachary was the first person to greet me and all he wanted was to make me happy. It took a couple of hours but he and his coworkers made me feel heard, and definitely went the extra mile to solve my initial problem, and I was so impressed I actually purchased another phone. Highly recommend this store. The entire team wad absolutely amazing. They all deserve a huge raise!
