My bill is fair. I am very grateful to the people who created the Jump River Electric Cooperative. Many good people are making it work for our community. Thank you!

This is the worst Coop in the United States. How they have 3 stars is beyond me. We have lived in the area for six months, we have had a power outage ever two weeks stretching from anywhere between 3 hours to 4 days. Including losing power for 5 hours on New Years. The fact that our town has not voted to oust this horrible company is ridiculous. Not to mention, they left an overhead line in my neighbors driveway (for 4 days!!!) before doing anything about it. I am sure there are good people that work there, but apparently that is not enough to have reliable energy. This power outage, isn’t even near my house, but somehow my meter is included. I can not schedule a life and am having serious doubts about staying in the area if this issue is not rectified. If I was not on a well, and working from home, this may not be an issue at all. But, as it stands, I can not have a life due to our coop. A professional, or personal life at that.

They care more about getting the power back on at the bars than anything else. A 93 year old is still with out power, but the bar down the road has power and was open on Thursday night 12/15/23. I bet Kurt Harris and the line workers all have power. What can you do when there is no other choice for electricity.

Every experience the representative on the phone has been very rude

Ever since the new leadership came in and cut out selling appliances while raising service fees, the place has been a real crapshoot

Trying to use your online service is terrible!! It's slow and stops responding. Get it repaired .
