Walmart Supercenter

Few items needed on return trip up Nort and not landing at Nort of Medford for Walmart. Met afternoon manager of phones etc and was helpful when grandson would be working on late shift.

Had a few questions about a purchase I wanted to make and the employee helped me without even thinking about it twice. He helped me with the purchase and even brought the item to the front for me! The employees while I was grocery shopping were very nice and were easy to talk/ joke around with making my time in the aisles with them more pleasant and less mundane.

Honestly this place and this entire freaking town are all fake and some real good possers. I'm literaterally sitting in the ladysmtih Walmart parking lot waiting for someone to come and jump my car. Since dawn is always on time. I asked to be her screwed up my timing and I was shocked.

My last visit to Walmart in Ladysmith was an absolute pleasure! Every single sales associate pleasantly greeted me and offered their assistance! Many thanks 😊

Each Walmart is different, some carry more than other's some are cheaper than other's.

People are alot more descent than most other w.m.

Nice store, good selection of food, and other stuff. Sumilda, Patsy and Kirsten are the best. Excellent customer service and very friendly. Give them a raise.

Super clean store the workers are all super nice and helpful. Very well organized. Don't shop in Hayward much any more!

Recently interacted with Nichole in customer service. She wanted to resolve a problem that was the manufacturing agents responsibility. The kindness and empathy she showed were unsurpassed. I had already contacted pan-o-gold bread. They were very helpful in my issue. And when I went to Walmart told her about it, she was willing to resolve it. Even though it was not Walmarts fault, and Pan-o-Gold bread corporation, vendor of Walmart., had taken care of it. 👏bravo for wanting to go that extra mile! Thankyou Nichole 💜
I have gotten to know the Walmart in Ladysmith and everyone there is so helpful and they do go out of their way to make sure their customers are taken care of. The manager there Tony is very helpful and customer service. And there’s several other employees Steve is the inventory guru. Back in housewares/garden/paint departments. And then there’s one gal over in groceries, I don’t remember her name, maybe Samantha?, that’s just as awesome and very knowledgeable. Being new to the state and town their help & guidance is valuable. So I wanted to say thank you Walmart employees for all of your help. With the exception of the phone center they were horrible. But then they’re not Walmart employees they’re Verizon employees.

Always has what we need. Easy to get in and out. Everyone wears their masks. Thanks you. No issues or problems there. Aisles are roomy and clean. Associates are friendly and very helpful. Pharmacy is great too. Informative, no waiting. Very knowledgeable staff.

Good little store and you don't have to wait in the check out line, always a lot of friendly teller's on duty.
