First rate service. I had an issue with the changing of my policy and a clerical error being made on the exact date of the switch. I was very worried about a potential lapse in coverage and the possibility of being uninsured. I called state farm corporate and they basically just took notes on the situation and were unable to provide a quick resolution. I reached out to Denton, and wow! He immediately reassured me the problem would be fixed, gave me peace of mind and even responded to me late on a Friday evening.
