Absolutely looooved this store and the very friendly owner/staff! We were welcomed from the second we started looking at the sidewalk items. She went above and beyond
and found my size in the back, because I really wanted this dress! The candles we purchased smelled amazing! I'm definitely going back here on my next visit! Love - love - love this store and the atmosphere

I went into Top It Off today and loved the clothes and the prices were unbelievable. Jessica was working and she made my experience 100% she was so helpfu, friendly and accommodating. I fell in love with her. Will definitely go back when I am in town again!
