Phantom Fireworks of Roberts

Well being not from around here, I was somewhat apprehensive about driving 2 1/2 hours from Superior to this store. I made a call to the store the day before to find out what they had. I know every state is different in their firework’s laws, so I wanted to be sure they had what I wanted. A very nice fellow answered the phone and was able to quickly answer my questions. At that point a road trip was in order. Now you must realize I have had prior experience shopping at Phantom Fireworks in Seabrook, NH, remember I am not from around here. A very pleasant shopping experience I might add. So off I went to Roberts diligently navigated by my Google maps. Upon arrival I was very pleased to see the size of the store, there website picture does not do it justice. Bigger is most of the time better. I was greeted cordially by the front desk staff. I was already a member of the buying club, which is free by the way, so in no time I was onto the show room floor and a show room floor it is. For legal fireworks this is by a long shot the best you can get. The staff was fantastic, taking out there phones to show you how a particular item preforms. The selection is out of this world. The prices are fair but plan on spending some cash if you want to put on a half descent show. I would say if you are either on the east coast or the upper Midwest, Phantom Fireworks is the bomb....Great selection, great service and very good prices. Needless to say I had no regrets taking my road trip.

Phantom Fireworks has really great deals and is a awesome place to shop if you like a Big Bang Phantom Fireworks is for you. Largest retailer of fireworks in the state of Wisconsin . Simply amazing two for ones and discounts all day long. Located in beautiful Roberts Wisc.

I can't wait july 4 i just bought a chinese lion dance costume need some fire cracker so i can do the lion dance on july 4 at home

Great selection, awesome help from the moment walked in the door. Got stellar assistance for the cashier. I have had 9 strokes in the last year and half and she was very helpful, which was a appreciated. Thank you. I will be back .

Awesome staff, great bang for your buck (pun intended)

I have been going here for years. Great fireworks and they have deals after deal, if you sign up for there mailing program. The guarantee no duds, but I did have a couple. So far so good.

Amazing store! Went over the holiday weekend and it was fairly busy but I was able to get in and out in under 20 minutes. The selection is second to none in the area. The staff even though seemingly overwhelmed were more than willing to help out if you had a question. They had amazing deals going on and even when checking out the cashier asked if we had any coupons to use and if we didn't he had coupon we could use if we wanted. I wish I could get service like this when I go to Target in the middle of the day in the middle of the week. If you want an amazing selection and even more amazing customer service go the extra mile to Phantom!

Great staff, it's wasn't packed, it was nice, reasonable prices (with coupons) staff were amazing though. They were so much help. Plus a citizen in the store helped me get another coupon off the website. It was a great experience (better than previous years)

Good stuff. Quick to get in and out with the key cards, great deals especially when you get the coupons in the mail and best yet, they have good quality fireworks.

Great assortment and reasonably priced. Do check their website for coupons and deals. I went in during fall to get fireworks for Diwali The employee was very friendly and guide us with what is legal in Minnesota. Worth the drive from Maple Grove to Rogers.

Great and Friendly group of people the have working here! They have just about everything your little heart desires. My son and I had a great time looking through the inventory. There's quite a bit of paperwork to go thru to purchase here but they made it very easy to navigate and explain. They even went out of their way to find a coupon for me! Thanks Guys & Gals.

Staff is very friendly and they do a very generous military discount! We come here from Minnesota and they always have an amazing selection! We have found our new fireworks home! 💥

Phantom is the place to get some amazing fireworks displays. My husband and I go every year and are always impressed with the fireworks displays we put on for our family and friends. The staff is great and very helpful. Lots of inventory and great selections. They have deals every so often and what they have right now is 30% off for non-premier members and 50% off for premier members.

Came over to WI on a Sunday,;nice, quick drive from the Twin Cities, MN. Friendly and helpful employee. They look at your license before you purchase. Clean store, tons of available parking close to entrance. Most items were B1G1 free. We took advantage of that deal. I can't wait for July 4th!
