Bean City Bar & Grill

Found this place randomly on our way to the Manawa rodeo. Very pleasantly surprised! Food was good bar food. We were so hungry we forgot to take any pics! BLT, wings, boneless wings and wrap. The bean city fries were better than their plain fries. Chantale who was working the bar and serving, made the whole experience outstanding!! She was very patient with our kiddos, and so kind and giving us other suggestions of things in the area to do. We will definitely go out of our way to come here again.

I had the great pleasure to run sound for a band here and it was an amazing event. They have lots of power setup and the outdoor patio is perfect. All of the staff including the manager where fun to be around and did a great job. The food was also amazing.

Update as of 12-27-23 - gave them another try and all i can say is that there is a significant improvement in the quality if the food. The owners have made a significant investment in their kitchen and bar staff by adding the executive chef and the bar manager from a local-ish high end steakhouse. They have some big plans but until then I recommend that you just enjoy the Level Up on the quality of the food and service. No worries- they still have the best Old Fashioneds around but could make them with a higher shelf bourbon.

11-22-23 Loyal customer here. Drinks are good. My burger was raw and sent it back. The entire table was done eating and ready to leave before my burger arrived. Burger was better the 2nd time but the onion rings were over cooked and almost burned.

We always have a terrific experience here! Wonderful service from friendly staff, amazing food, good drinks, reasonable prices, and tonight they really made our son’s birthday dinner special. The owners are the sweetest, we just love it here!

Food was amazing! I guess they have two new cooks…or chefs rather! Eddy is rocking it and this new guy has the Genske curse and all the ladies are coming to watch him cook!!

Been going to beancity a long time, really like how the new owners are making upgrades as they can. The food is great there cook likes to try new things which is a great change. The drinks are made perfect. The waitstaff is awesome, when it gets crazy everyone helps each other to try to make your visit worth it. Worth the drive for some great food and a great atmosphere of nice people.

Great bloody mary, burgers and friendly place. Good value and ambiance.

Hadn't visited here in over 30 years but probably should have been back sooner. Went out with my wife to have drinks and dinner here on a Saturday night. The drinks were reasonably priced and well made. The food was also reasonably priced and delicious. I ordered the half pound Bean City Burger and my wife the chicken bacon ranch wrap. Both were excellent. The bartenders and staff were super friendly and accommodating. Overall a great place to get a drink and grab something to eat.

OMG, the burgers are amazing! Bartenders were fun, but don't sleep on a great burger!

I call my son Bean, so we had to buy a hat. Going back again so we can get a shirt for him.

Had my parents 50th anniversary there and we catered the chicken from them, it was fabulous, I ate a chicken breast and we know how they tend to dry out, not the case here, moist and juicy, it was so delicious. The owners were wonderful. I've also have had there burgers, they are huge and very tasty also. I honestly can't say one bad word. Food food, good people.

This place is awesome! Makes us feel like we are home. Food is solid and drinks are made for a purpose and very well priced. To steal a quote from Toby Keith, " I love this Bar".
