I am so impressed with Changing Headlines Salon. Our organization was having its first Gala event and our guest of honor needed to have her hair styled. Jen fit us in and made Taylor feel like a princess. Thank you, Jen and Sheila, for your compassion and professionalism, you made Taylor feel so special. She shined all night long and was telling everyone about her experience at the salon. Even the next day when I saw her, her hair was still so pretty.. she tried to sleep light so she wouldn't ruin it:)

Sheila has been cutting, coloring and high lighting my hair for years. She does an amazing job with color and listening to what I want done! I love that Changing Headline has private suites. And everyone there is very friendly!

Jen did my daughter's hair. Most places don't want to do her hair because it's really long and thick. She was wonderful and we will be back. She has her own office.area where she does hair. Which is nice and private.

I am writing this to let you know about the outstanding service I received as a new client in April, 2022 at Changing Headlines. I had an appointment with Sheila the owner more than a year before making my decision to discuss hair systems, the procedure and how it works. I considered all of my options including surgical options like Bosley. I made the decision to go with CH. Shelia gave me the confidence that my new hair would look natural and undetectable, be easy to maintain, and that she would support me at the highest level. Expectations exceeded! I get a lot of compliments of how great my hair looks. I have a higher level of confidence and now look younger than my age. Sheila even spent time teaching me how to do maintenance at home so I could spread my appointments out to every few months versus every 3-4 weeks. I could write so much more about this positive lifechanging experience. I wish I would have done this sooner. It doesn't matter your age, if you have significant hair loss definitely do this and do not put it off any longer! You will be happy you did.

I've been going to Sheila (now the owner as of 9/1/20) for 4 years. Prior to her, I hadn't had a regular stylist in over 10 years. My hair was thinning at an alarming rate due in part to the cheap box color I was using. After just a couple visits, Sheila had my hair back to looking full and healthy.

When I asked if I needed a hair system (very expensive), Sheila was honest and said in her opinion, I did not need one. She gave me some tips to help cover the areas I was concerned with and that was 4 years ago. Still no hair system needed! Let that sink in - Sheila had the opportunity to start me on a very expensive and labor intensive journey, but she put what was best for me ahead of her own pocket book; and this was shortly after I met her.

I trust her 110%!!

I've been going here for 40+ years. I've never been unhappy with my haircut or the service I've received. Mark takes his time and makes sure you are satisfied. He gave me complementary trims before big life events ( weddings, funerals, etc). Little things like that make you feel appreciated as a customer. My wife also goes here to get her hair done and has never come home unhappy. I'd recommend Changing Headlines without hesitation.

Best experience of ever had getting my hair done, as soon as I walked in it seemed to have more of a tranquil feel to it then other places of been. I always had problems at other places I went they never did what I wanted or really messed up but when I went here Sheila did an amazing job and gave me exactly what I wanted. I'll never go anywhere else from now on.

I've been getting my haircut here for 40 yrs. Mark retired this year, but Jen has taken over his clients. She does an excellent job cutting mine and my son's hair.

Sheila was great. I went for a big cut. She took off 10" in the back. Huge change. But a very pleasant experience. I will definitely go back.

Sheila takes her time and gives a excellent haircut. She listens to want I want each time I go in.
