We LOVE our new home and the wonderful views out all our windows from our front corner apartment. From first viewing thru move in and beyond we have been impressed with the kindness and professional help from staff and neighbors. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, well maintained, and high end on all levels..huge bathrooms with instant hot water, walk in closets in all three bedrooms, easy spacious underground parking, the great location, the list just goes on and on. Thank you Donna for all your help in easing our transition and doing so quickly and pleasantly. We are so happy to be able to call River Heath home.

RiverHeath is wonderful! From the first email I sent through my move-in and beyond, I am impressed with the care shown to tenants. I love my apartment, my neighbors, this community - all of it! Maintenance requests are handled very quickly. The trash chute on each floor is a luxury I wasn't expecting. There are so many wonderful things - the river trails at my doorstep, the birds (so active by the water!), Tempest (this has been my favorite coffee shop for years, and remains so!), the people are friendly and active, the underground parking is wonderful. I could go on and on.

My family and I have lived on this property for over a year, but have enjoyed the experience here in the community of Riverheath for over four years such as attending their community events, enjoying the local businesses, river views, & walking trails. The Riverheath staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. If you have any issues they quickly address concerns promptly. The apartments are spacious, open & modern, eco friendly, yet have the feeling of home. The amenities of the apartments go beyond the buildings as you get to experience the river front views, walking trails, Riverheath businesses, and quick access to the local downtown on the Avenue. To expand on the Riverheath businesses you will enjoy being able to walk down for a cup of coffee, enjoy a craft local beer on the patio, yoga on the boardwalk, shopping at the boutiques, and fresh flowers from the flower shop. The biggest winter perk is you do not have to shovel snow! Everything is always plowed, cleared & salted very nicely so you do not have any winter worries. Additionally, the community is very close to Highway 441 for easy access to Interstate 41 for any commute. I would highly recommend these apartments to any friend or family member!

Gorgeous views of the river and wooded walking trails to Telulah Park and meandering along the river. Perfect if you’re a dog owner! Coffee and fresh/organic baked goods, salads and sandwiches plus the best burgers and local beers are so convenient. It’s a quiet, well maintained/clean complex. I appreciate how well-built the apartments are, with top-of-the line appliances, flooring and finishes. You don’t hear people in the halls or your neighbors. “Thank you” to maintenance for being proactive and responding appropriately to keep their tenants safer during this worrisome covid virus situation.

Ultra modern Geo Thermal facility.The neighboring historical Fox RIver through technology provides instant hot water for dishes in the sink, and dishes in the shower. Huge "WoW" factor.

The same river provides your heat source, and air conditioning. All tenants pay for is on sight hydropower electricity, driven by the friendly Fox River to operate the thermostatically controlled climate pleasing quite blower fan.

A modern elevator operates between all floors whisking groceries from your vehicle in an enclosed climate controlled parking garage. A slight surcharge covers indoor parking, and an included adjacent paved lot is in front of each rental building.

Each housing apartment provides a quality clothes washer, and electric dryer. Kitchen connivence includes an electric oven + solid black glass cook top. Stainless side by side refrigerator, and freezer + front access cold filtered water, and ice maker. (Bummer no refreshments beyond H20) Stainless sinks with a great disposal.

All viewing Windows, and your private patio are equipped with easy to operate manual darkening, no peak shades.

To make RiverHeath your home on the water simply bring your personal furnishings, and move right in. (Tempted to say Inn.)

For free exercise you are living scant feet from beautiful free Fox River walking, running.bike riding, mobility scootering paved and lighted trails maintained by the City of Appleton Park & Recreation Department.

Added exercise is available by waking to and fro our in facility, Mr Brews Taphouse serving great burgers, chicken breast sandwiches, + don't count, or taste more than 40 fresh Craft Brews, and Vino.

A recently added delight is the TEMPEST Coffee Collective, also with Eagle watching views, and seasonal Fox Riverside deck seating. Like MrBrews.

My wife gains her total hair do provisions on the first floor of our complex, and I now can gain bicycle tuning service, and sales only 50 feet away.

Try it you'll like the RiverHeath touch. Soon your friends from afar can lodge on your property at the soon to open Courtyard by Marriott which nestles along our new Fox River Trail, and one of Appleton,s finest free parks.

If I dragged you along this far, you better join us as my wife, and I have after two years of the good life, decided we want you guys to share in our fun.

Love this development, such a wonderful addition to the Appleton area. Especially love the coffee shop Tempest and their wonderful coffee and food.

Thus is a very well built apt complex. The views from certain apts are spectacular too!!
