Professional. On time. Great work. Extremely satisfied. Electricians were professional and did a great job. Old federal pacific panel no more. Also added whole house generator plug so we are all set for the next electrical outage. Great work!!

I live where this all started, in our garage when Blackie use to live here. Enjoy this piece of history our neighbor found.
We did get an inspection and they did exceed our expectations. The tech was kind and thorough in his job.
We were expecting some old photos of Blackie from the owners of Black-Haak, however, I was able to make a plaque of history without them. Any addition would still be welcomed.
They did excellent electrical work for us. We recommend them for HVAC and electrical service.

Mark and his coworker were great! I wish I knew the other name. But regardless, we have used Black Haak a handful of times and every time they are great. Very professional, easy to talk to and quick service! I had someone here within the hour and they fixed it and they’ve always been “anything to save you money” if they can fix what’s going on they do, and we are thankful for that for not having to spend money on something every time we need a hand here. Thankful for them and will always use them for whatever we can! The best.

We were very pleased with the electrical work done on our home today. They were so good at explaining everything, which helped us make educated decisions. They were also very efficient at completing the tasks - we were impressed!

Black-Hawk Heating was great! We were without heat for a day and they did everything they could to fix our furnace, they did not push to sell us anything but did inform us of our choices and at it came down to getting us a new furnace. They were able to get us a new furnace same day and install it. Such a wonderful team they have.

Rob has been very good with the estimate and any updates I wanted to add to bathroom remodel, they replaced shower, vanity and toilet also had new flooring all looks great! I want to say thanks to Kirk for all his work replacing all the pipes and installing new shower, vanity and toilet.

Great service! Needed my furnace cleaned and my water heater checked. They worked with my schedule and sent two techs to meet my needs.

After a storm, we woke up to many issues in our house (including plumbing, heating, and electrical). It was so nice to just have to call one company and they were able to get everything handled. Everyone that came out was considerate and efficient. Black Hawk really made handling all the issues of today so much easier.

Rick was great, contacted to see if he could come earlier which worked out for us. He has a great personality and is very easy to talk too. He explained everything. We had a list of questions which he covered before we asked them, and he had the answers if we asked a question. We enjoyed work with him.

As always your service individuals have done a great job. They were here originally to make sure there was no carbon monoxide in the house. I have been sick & didn’t know why. They were concerned & checked things out.

This time Zach came to clean the 2 furnaces. The first thing he asked was how I was doing. Before he left he let me know about the furnace filters & wished me well.

All of the 5 employees we dealt with in this process were amazing. Dan was kind and professional and gave lots of good advice. The installers were quick and efficient. They answered all my questions. Olivia was great too with the electrical work. The whole process was amazing. Less than 24 hours after the issue began we had a whole new furnace and AC unit.

A small leak emerged from a hot water unit. First time contacting this company....from start to finish Black-Haak was professional, courteous and prompt. Within a couple of hours on a mid Friday afternoon Black-Haak had dispatched a contractor to quickly resolve the leak. The contractor was thoughtful, precise and and took the time to explain everything he was doing. In addition I feel the services were appropriately priced. I would most definitely recommend this service to anyone in need of plumbing repairs.

Brett did a great job fitting a new faucet on our shower. He did his best to repair the old faucet, but it was ancient. My wife loves the new faucet.

ETA: Mark did a great job fixing our toilet, which was due for a new wax ring. In and out in no time, and very courteous.

Great job by Black Haak and Devin installing our H.E.P.A filtration unit. They explained the installation process and showed us how to it. Devin was very professional and helpful.

Called on a Friday about a plumbing issue. Got a quick appointment for the following Monday. The guys who came were great. Fast and efficient and solved our original issue plus one more. Will definitely be using this company for any future issues/projects.

I was skeptical using another big name company for anything in my home, however I am pleasantly surprised. The price is fair, and they are very quick to address any issues and get whatever you need done. Very speedy service. My new furnace feels great, especially after over a week of being cold and many issues before that, as my furnace was from the 90s. I wish I called sooner, I got same day diagnostics and installation. They even installed a thermostat I already had that wasn't compatible with my old furnace but is with this one, which I am very happy about. The installation crew was super friendly and quick, didn't leave much of a mess, and fixed a few other things that could have been huge issues in the future as well, and even took my garbage cans in from the street (they were emptied right before they arrived and I didn't have time to bring them in myself yet). Needless to say I am very happy with everything thus far, and will be continuing to work with them in the future.
