Went in to get some advice on a particular color for our dining room. Kyle was immensely helpful showing me colors that I hadn't seen before even tho I have a Ben Moore color wheel. He also had great advice on color shades that would match colors in rooms next to dining room and even suggested buying LED light bulbs that you can change the color temperature of at different times if day. This was genius! Finally he recommended a certified color expert and even had the contact info for a local one. All in all a great customer experience.

I went here for the first time and if I need paint again I'll definitely be back. The associate was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to custom match my 10 year old sample perfectly (which honestly bc it was so old I didn't think was possible). Great job thanks!

Wow! Just had a confrontation with the manager! We had purchased 2 gallons of paint for a bathroom project being done in our new home. We had panels and trim work done on the walls first and it was time to paint the walls and wainscoting. I had chosen Aura Bath and Spa, Matte “Mophead Black” for the walls and Regal Select, Satin “Simply White” for the wainscoting and trim. When the cans were removed from the box today I noticed that the tints were added to the wrong products and bases. A simple mistake by the girl who mixed them but the manager instantly started to tell us that it was our fault and he could do nothing about it. We should have noticed it sooner. We have used Benjamin Moore paint our entire lives. My husband was an executive at the head office for many years. I am an interior designer and specified Benjamin Moore products almost exclusively. We know the products inside and out. This was definitely not our mistake.
After arguing, the manager reluctantly gave us our properly mixed paint and we left. Of course we will not be returning but more importantly, it was shocking to be treated this way in a Benjamin Moore store.

Went there after work to pick up a couple of paint samples. It was before closing time but the guy behind the counter looked upset. I asked if they had samples. He said “you know we close soon.” So I told him I would go somewhere else. Not going to give them my business. I always thought local businesses had better customer service, but not in this case.
