Red Wing - Appleton, WI

I love my Red Wing safety shoes. This is my 3rd year in a row getting these shoes from them. They always have to order the shoes I get because my feet are small and they do not stock my size, but it only takes 1 week for my order to arrive.

I forgot the older gentleman's name I wish I remembered. He was very willing to help me try any size shoe I needed for my work and was happy to oblige my needs. Very very polite and kind too! It was at the appleton location.

Best work boot for a working man. Worth the $300-$600 you will pay. Get the $80 inserts as well. They help alot

The customer service here is excellent. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They will take the time to custom fit you for the RIGHT size boot for your feet. I just bought my third pair of boots here and they are the most comfortable pair of work boot I have ever owned! I will never buy boots from anywhere else.

Iv been shopping at redwings for all my boots and soles needs. so when I go in I already have an idea of what I want. But I always walk into great customer service to finding me the right insole and fit, from the time in the store til the time out always great service.

Brenda took my measurements and she had me stand on a laser device. She took her time with me and I tried on five pairs of shoes/boots before deciding on one.

High class! I've been to this store 3 times in the past few weeks to get new work boots. I interacted with 5 different employees during that time and all of them were respectful and kind.
The store itself is nice and the boots speak for themselves.

I have worn Red Wings for 60 years, just bought a new pair. Your sales person was very knowledgeable and most helpful. Thank you for a lifetime of healthy, happy feet😉

Got my work boots there, everyone was so helpful. The boots are stiff and need some breaking in. They want to put you in the best fitting boot they have. Would highly recommend. I got the King toe in the boa laces.

Really great service by Molly & Kurt! I was fitted for new hiking shoes and love them!!! Their technology for fitting is awesome! They made me feel so comfortable (I have really messed up feet and legs from years of dance and gymnastics) and helped me find the perfect fit. Molly was extremely knowledgeable and great explaining my messed to feet, stride, and stance without making me feel embarrassed. Kurt was super nice and helpful as well! Highly recommend going here for a custom fit and quality product.

This is nice little store. Theresa was super helpful and I loved how she helped me. She was very patient and clearly knows what she is doing. Must go to this store for exceptional service.

My husband needed some new work boots! He did some research and decided he wanted to check out redwing boots! We visited the store and Elliott was our salesperson, he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time with us to make sure my husband purchased the correct boot for his needs with the best fit! Elliott made our experience at this store excellent, although everyone was very friendly! We would highly recommend!!! A great experience!!🌺

The rep that was helping us out was very good. She knew the boots inside and out and explained what type of boot I should be looking for based on the type of work I was doing. She did an excellent job and was the reason I purchased my shoes. I happy very happy with the level of service that was provided and I am also happy with the quality for the price.

Very informative, I went in looking for a pair of work boots. She walked me through all the different types and styles. I have been wearing the same type and brand for years! Love them you can't beat them. After considering a new pair I talked to her more and decided to go with an insole as my boots are still in great shape. She was very helpful with this and steered me in the right direction! Very happy! I will be back again when I'm ready for boots! If you need boots they know boots!!

I believe the lady who helped me was Hailey and she was awesome. Helped me find a good boot and sole insert in less than 30 minutes. Very helpful and informative on the characteristics of each boot she was showing me.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I received a professional fitting and great consultation on the best boot for my needs. They fit great and are very comfortable with nearly zero break in time required.

Amanda was a wonderful, patient & VERY efficient. When we first went in it was just us & 1 other couple. Shortly after the store was filled with 5-6 other people. Then she had system issues. It was a little crazy, but she worked through it all w a big smile. She is a true Blessing to work with. 😄

Amazing customer service and extremely knowledgeable. Took the time to measure my feet, figure out arch support and pressure points. Great quality for the price. These shoes should last multiple years.
