I have doctor Hieks his care and recommendations have changed my life since being paralyzed from shoulder down. Staff here is amazing and kind. I’ve been going here for 20 plus years and I’m so thankful for their care. Highly recommend if you want a care team of professionals who care about your health and wellbeing.

Love Dr. Rigstad!! Best doctor we have ever had!!! From the moment he walks in the room he is smiling. I love his energy 💯 and how he's always 😊 great humor, always positive, humble, compassionate, and encouraging!! Plus he is one of the most thorough doctors I have ever seen! Primary Care Associates is the only place that an actual person answers the phone.

Scheduling is easy, check in is quick and easy, appointments have always been on time for me, lab is great, nurses have always been good, and Dr. Johnson is easily the best primary care doctor I've ever had. He listens, answers questions without making me feel like an idiot for asking them, is very thorough, and just seems to genuinely care about me and my concerns. I am very happy to have Primary Care Associates!

I recently had to switch providers as my life-long doctor was retiring. I am now very lucky to have Dr. Werner as my primary care physician. He is so incredibly genuine and kind, just like my prior provider. I am so happy with the service I receive from Primary Care Associates and the care I receive from my doctor.

We absolutely love this place. Everytime we are there we are treated with the utmost care and respect. Dr Douglas is amazing and our family loves him. My husband hated going to the doctor because of how his concerns were treated by other doctors and now because of Dr. Douglas he doesn't mind it at all. When my daughter was being tested for pneumonia and RSV Dr. Douglas called me on his day off to give me the results from her tests instead of waiting to call me the next day when he was back in the office. He is such a kind and caring individual. His nurses are so kind and are always there to answer the phone and all of my questions to the best of their ability. Our growing family will continue to use Dr. Douglas and his team.

Dr. Fuller has been my PCP for a few years now, and he is amazing! He takes so much time to answer questions and explore what could be causing a problem before jumping to conclusions. When there are various treatment options, he explains them to me and asks for my input. He even remembers previous conversations we've had even though I only see him once or twice a year. He's just a really nice guy and great doctor, and his nurse is amazing, too!

Dr. Heiks has every vital trait that I was looking for in a physician. He is compassionate and emphatic. He takes the time to listen and understand my feelings. He is extremely knowledgeable and stays up-to-date with all of the changes in medicine. He is trustworthy and forthright with all of the facts. Most importantly, he is passionate about what he does. It’s obvious that Dr. Heiks has a sincere desire in helping others. I feel like I have hit the “doctor jackpot” with having Dr. Heiks as my physician, and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a doctor.

My daughter has a SEVERE phobia of needles. Because she is an adult most people tell her to "its no big deal"...it is a huge deal to her. Today she needed blood drawn. Robyn was the one to do this job! She was absolutely AMAZING, and because of that my daughter was in and out in less than 20 minutes. (Normally takes her 30 just to sit down) Robyn was kind and thoughtful and allowed my daughter to run the show and feel comfortable. Thank you from the bottom of a moms heart Robyn!

I am going to be a new patient with Dr. Douglas, I am glad he gets great reviews. My Insurance changed and he is listed in my PPO of Doctors. I have to say I have called 4 times today and each person I spoke with has been great. Finding a new Doctor is not easy but everyone has answered all my questions and helped me set my first appointment. Thank You and see you soon.

I’ve lived up in Appleton for about a year before needing a doctor. I’ve been lucky. But one day I needed to be seen ASAP. After calling my insurance and finding a provider in network, I called Primary Care Associates. I spoke with reception about needing an appointment and described my symptoms, she immediately transferred me to a nurse. Upon speaking with the nurse it was decided I needed to come in that day. Fast forward to later that day, I walk in and get checked in. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and we went over the basic insurance and new patient paperwork. I was directed to a specific part of the clinic to wait and be called back. It was probably a 10 minute wait before a nurse called me back. She was very friendly and took my vitals and added my symptoms to my chart. After she left the doctor was in about 5 minutes later. Again, I’m very impressed with the low wait times and very friendly staff. Dr. Scott Gyorog is absolutely wonderful. He probably spent 30-45 minutes with me as we talked about what was going on. He was getting my medical history and did a physical exam. He thoroughly explained the next steps, getting blood work, some extra tests. I felt heard and comfortable that he cared about my health and wanted to help figure out this problem. I went back out to a different part of a waiting room and waited to have some lab work done. The phlebotomist who called me back WAS WONDERFUL. I normally pass out when getting blood taken. But she was so skilled I didn’t even feel the pinch and was surprised she was already putting the bandaid on. I have never been treated with such respect and kindness at a doctors office before. I am happy to have such a caring team in charge of my medical care. I recommend them to anyone looking for a family or primary care doctor!

I have been going to Primary Care Associates my entire life! Dr. Steve Hagen is very gentle and takes the time to listen to you and all questions/concerns that you have. Even though it is sometimes hard to get into his schedule with him being so busy, it is worth the wait! I high recommend him and his whole staff to anyone!

Very happy with my visit with Christine Jones PA-C today! She listens and truly cares about my health and well-being. I did not feel rushed at all. Will recommend her to anyone. Front desk did a great job as well.

Being a nurse I work with many different doctors.
I have a doctor here that I know is wonderful how he treats me He doesn't assume that because I'm a nurse I know everything. I have had other doctors when my doctor's off or out of office.
I've had nothing but respect an honest and open treatment from these doctors. They're willing to give you the options of treatment and not rush you out of the visit because they need to get to the next person

I was looking up the number to call in my prescription and noticed this place wasn't given an 5 star rating. I've been going here for many years and have had nothing but positive experiences. I read some of the "complaints" and don't feel the people leaving them have had many experiences in healthcare. I've had my share and will attest that everything from appointments to follow up to delivery of care is excellent. Not always perfect but with many moving pieces going on in a facility like this on a daily basis they do their best to accommodate and do so in a timely and professional manner. My primary doctor (McKeever) and my son's (Mckee) are two of the kindest and most knowledgeable doctors I've had the pleasure to meet. When I had a health event a few years back my doctor wasn't around to treat me and I had 3 other doctors treat me from the same facility (Ebben, Heyerdahl, and I don't recall the 3rd). I assumed it would be inconvenient and I'd be explaining my situation all over again to different doctor but to my surprise all 3 came in knowing my history prior to treatment as well as all the steps that where taken by the other doctors to treat me. Impressed from start to finish on numerous occasions.

I received excellent care from Dr Servais, her staff and all the lab and radiology departments. I am thankful I did not have to leave the facility and could have all the diagnostic tests done in one place.

Dr. Szabo is the best, very honest and upfront with various treatment plans. He also allows you to be incharge of your own health and includes your opinions when treating you. He does his research, even taking the time to contact other specialties himself instead of asking the nurses to play phone tag. His nursing staff are also all great. They are kind and make your appointments personabile.

I have been going here for about 20 years. The doctors are very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. I forgot to mention the nurses 😅. Keep up the great work. 👍

Responsive, professional, and organized. The overall atmosphere may be a little impersonal at times, but that's to be expected with such a large practice. The plus side is that they often can address your concerns right away because they have so many diagnostic facilities and staff on site. I've never had anything other than courteous and caring interactions with the people who work here.
