Stopped in with car trouble, staff was super helpful and knew exactly what I was needing with the description of the problem. It's hard to find good help , keep these employees happy!

Stop in to buy a pair of wipers, service was fantastic. They even put my wipers on the car for FREE. Best service I've ever had.💯🤓

Multiple people asked if I needed help. And the gentleman at the check out gave me a lot of great info about what I was buying

Zach was a really great help when I went in to get a battery for my car. I was having a horrible day with it not starting and when I went in, not only did he check my battery, he also checked my starter and alternator. I greatly appreciated his help and would 10/10 go back again!

The guys are soooo helpful & friendly.

I came in to replace the battery on my key fob & buy a few things for my vehicle. They replaced the battery for me without even asking, which I am so grateful for! Also told me the screw was missing, which was good to know!

They also kindly showed me where to find several items I was having a hard time finding on my own (because I was tired), and even spent extra time looking for an item when I KNOW other places would have just given up the search. And they found it.

They also gave me advice for how to find the right paint for a chip on my vehicle. Which I will be taking.

Aaaaand, we had a nice conversation about mudding and overlanding hobbies.

This is not the only good experience I've had at O'Reilly's. They're always helpful.

Amazing place to get advice. Was told that I needed to grind my rotors at a garage and when I brought them here they showed me that they were still great and didn't need it. Thank you again for the knowledge.

Every time I go there I seem to usually get the assistant manager. She is always helpful and goes out of her way to help me. Her customer service is excellent and She’s very knowledgeable.

Very polite, speedy, and helpful. I needed a new headlight. She found the right one and installed it for free. In and out in 10 minutes.

On Thanksgiving afternoon just before closing had my alternator tested and sold a rebuilt one all in a matter of seven minutes. They treated right the entire time. Thank you.

I’ve had nothing but good luck with this location as opposed to the terrible service at the Grand Chute store. Jeremy is phenomenal to work with and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
