My fiance and I drove 2 hours to shop at Holy Smokes. Ali was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. She was very knowledgeable.

I had very good customer service from Heather. She was very knowledgeable of everything I wanted and needed.

Honestly, I've never gone out of my way to review a smoke shop. Not because I've never been to one, rather that the experience was never anything necessarily good nor bad. My interaction with Rin at your store changed that in a positive way. Instantly friendly and welcoming, she and I chat about what I'm looking for. Though she was able to help me out with the ocb minis I wanted initially, she was also able to keep up with my questions about various products that were on hand. She was suggestive about things to try but not by any means in a pushy way. She was amazing through the whole visit! I'll definitely be back, thanks, Rin!

I want to thank Rin for recommending the Strio cart box. I was looking for something discreet and Rin was very helpful finding me the right product. She had a very in depth understanding of what products would fit what I was looking for and she answered all my questions without making me feel dumb. I don't know much about vapes and I often feel rushed when attempting to ask about products. Not today! Thank you!

They have a great selection of products and even better staff. Zach, specifically, is one of the most outgoing and considerate employees I have ever come across. Always willing to go above and beyond to not only educate you on new products, but recommend alternatives, as well as being incredibly informed on all merchandise in the store.

🚬 I purchase pipe tobacco, filters, & Camel menthol cigarettes and they are always fresh, never stale right from the store. They also have a great selection of old school candy. The cashiers are friendly. 🧑‍💼They interact with customers on a first name basis.

Renee was very good at her job extremely knowledgeable and informative about everything I asked and all the products and questions I had to ask for her she's a great employee keep her around for as long as u can she will keep business and consistent customers coming in. I definitely will becoming back because of my experience with her.

I've been going there for years, and have had great experiences. Julian was always a great employee, but Zach's the bee's knees. Greatly educated man with great conversation. Keep it up brother!

These guys carry the best brands of most utinsels tools and smoke products. Their selection of kratom? Omg it's endless! The prices are great, even on kratom if you buy the powder, but they could offer the empty caps while they're at it. 🤣 the main guy I see in there is Zach. He's real friendly and super helpful with anything you need. Good vibes!

They have a lot of options from vapes to smoking products ! And my personal experience with Zacks customer service was awesome he was an extreme help with picking out my vape and suggesting a good one he also was very kind and had a smile on his face the whole time helping me

Their staff is always patient and friendly.
