Our first of many visits! So pleased I seen their Thursday Night Pizza 4-8 pm posting.

We have been searching for great tasting 'Za here in Manty and we FINALLY found our ONLY please to go for wood fire pizza! Pizza, in general!

Others, many said to go to ***** ****** and we did yet won't ever return.

We LOVE really tasty pizza especially, wood fire pizza!

If you are looking for some good food that is locally sourced and locally purchased you found it. Signature cocktails are on point and all the food was delicious. Ruth was our server was more than polite and super knowledgeable about the food. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone. And it’s right on the canal so you can see some big ships come and go!

My husband and I wanted to give a special thank you to Mike and Shannon for making our wedding dinner event such a success! We are new in town but their reputation made Holla restaurant the clear choice so we were thrilled when the date was open to us! Their relaxed nature and professionalism were much appreciated throughout the entire process. Our 6-day wedding event gave me little energy to worry about anything other than our 40 guests who came from all over the country and overseas. The food quality, preparation, weight staff, and attention to our guests were top-notch! Also, the restaurant with open facing bar and large patio makes for a beautiful event space for any season. This is an epic memory for my husband, friends, and me to cherish for the rest of our lives!

They love doing special events but a little birdie told me they are opening up for regular dining again at the end of October TBA - see you there!

Holla has the absolute BEST food in the area. I've been in Wisconsin for over 2 years now, and Holla is still my FAVORITE restaurant. Every week fresh and savory entrées are created. Holla supports local farmers and stores by incorporatating their products into every plate. Every meal I've ever chose has been delicious. Staff and service =wonderful! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The prices are very reasonable. The portions are huge! Give them a try! Holla will not disappoint!

Adorable space, intimate environment, and delicious drinks and food. I went there for a friend’s wedding party. The staff there were all super attentive, all the food was delicious and well timed. It was so nice to have the space just for our group. I’d recommend for anyone, especially small private events.

Holla offers a small, curated selection of farm-to-table dishes with delicious and surprising flavors. There are certainly a few options in the area for adventurous eaters, but Holla is easily my favorite, go-to place. I had the seared lamb appetizer and Chef Myke's take on mac and cheese, while my husband sampled a wood-fired pizza. The seared lamb was perfectly cooked, and the accompanying shaved carrots and pea puree were a surprising and flavorful taste combination. Don't expect a heavily-sauced, usual mac and cheese; instead, you'll find a lighter version with savory mushrooms and spinach, with warm and tangy, goat cheese. The wood-fired pizza had a satisfying chew and charred flavor, along with a perfect sauce and cheese balance. It's easily the best pizza we've had in the area. Holla is a great addition to the food scene here, offering the tastes and quality you'd expect to sample in a major city. Warm and friendly service and a cozy atmosphere were a plus. I can't wait to return and discover new tastes at Holla!

We just tried Holla in Manitowoc for the first time and it was wonderful; great experience with all the staff and the food was tasty! Already looking forward to trying other things on the menu as soon as possible!

I enjoyed my stop at Holla. The fact that there was a farm to table like this in upper Wisconsin makes me very happy. I had two of their dishes, both were great. I'd come back if I were ever in town again. @dietproof

2021 update: Holla is outstanding! Easiest star upgrade I’ve ever made. The food is prepared to perfection and nicely plated. Strongly recommend.

2019: Based on the excellent quality and taste of their food, Holla has quickly become one of the top three restaurants in Manitowoc, and one of the few I would recommend to out of town visitors. The seasoning on the chopped steak was impeccable. The wood fired pizza rivaled that of Il Ritrovo. Nice, though limited, selection of tap beers. The jury is still out on the wine selection. Highly recommend.

Holla has a clean, simple decor, big windows and a geneous patio. The menu isn't huge, but the food choices are interesting, and they change from time to time. Portions are nice but not oversized.

I ordered the salmon, which was delicious! It came on a sort of quirky (but tasty) bed of canellini and cabbage, with a generous scattering of pea shoots. The green stuff was described on the menu as "green chili vinaigrette," but I would have described it as a vegetable puree.

Also on the menu that night were shrimp & grits and pork belly ramen, and Holla always serves wood-fired pizza.

Our service was pleasant and attentive. The only negative was that it took a long time for our meal to come. We were having fun with friends, so it was tolerable. If I'd been dining alone, I'd have gotten very crabby!

Food was amazing. I had the pork. Best I have ever had. Love the GF menu options Environment was very nice. Staff was friendly. Great place to visit. Great variety of food and drinks. Can't wait to go back.

1st timer. Loved my Jamaican Jerk Shrimp. Definitely had some kick. Also loved the Brussel sprouts. Interesting twist. You have to grab the Panna Cotta for dessert. Pretty frickin good. Will absolutely be back!

Great atmosphere and service. The menu is perfect sized, always can find something great to eat and something new to try. The menu is posted on their Facebook page before service everyday. All ingredients taste fresh, prepared with exquisite taste and you can tell the chief enjoys cooking. Their bar also has a great selection of Wisconsin based distilleries and drinks. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful meal at Holla! Our order included an appetizer, two different entrees, and two different desserts. We especially loved the Cajun shrimp grits and the bread pudding with butterscotch sauce. Our server was pleasant and the service was above average. Can't wait to go back and try more. Love that Manitowoc has a farm to table restaurant like this!

Excellent food with excellent service. April behind the bar went above and beyond expectations. Our host Bridget was also just the sweetest. The Pizza Will made for us was the bomb! Great job Holla and keep it up!

Wonderful service. Over the multiple times being there, we had consistently delicious food. You could taste the freshness, especially on their apps and veggies that came with the meals. Love that their menu is varied day to day. It keeps things interesting, especially with having it as a slightly smaller menu. Pricing was perfect. It is lower than other restaurants like it, but not excessively so that I’d be worried about quality. Restaurant was clean and bright, from the entryway to the bathrooms. We sat at the pizza bar once and could see into both the area they make the pizzas and slightly into the kitchen. Both were being run efficiently and clean. Looking forward to our next visit!

This was the best meal we have had since moving back 6 years ago. Working in Madison and Washington DC we had the opportunity to eat at some great places. This ranks with them. I had the ribs and my wife had a Pasta Dish and they were great! To make sure we went back and had the pizza. Unbelievable. Great food, service, people and ambiance. Love it. The desert was great too.

We had an exceptional experience at Holla last night! The setting is beautiful and the location allowed us to see the lake and listen to a band that was playing in the park while dining on an immaculate patio! The staff and owners are wonderful people and the owners even took the time to come out and chat about our food and life in general! Do not miss the opportunity to support this fine dining establishment! You will not be disappointed!
