Daggett Memorial

The Daggett Memorial in Montello is a historical landmark that commemorates the town's early settlers. This beautiful memorial serves as a reminder of Pardeeville's rich heritage and is a symbol of community pride. Many family photo opportunities are lovely here.

I've driven by these falls on road trips at least 20 times but only just now stopped. Easy parking right across the street with crosswalks. Driving by just isn't the same. If you're thinking of stopping, you really should. It's fun to read about the history and the falls are so much more impressive when you're up close and personal.

It's a very pretty place to go.

Drive by and see waterfalls from road. Or, park in gas station lot next door, also some limited street parking. Cute little park, with a few benches to sit and enjoy the falls!

Nice an easy group of waterfalls to enjoy. Definately consider walking around the left side to view two other falls as theres less selfie-taking touristy vibes.

This is incredibly beautiful! If you stop here, make sure to walk around the left side (away from the Kwik Trip, towards downtown), there are two more waterfalls, including the longest one. I don't think most people know they're there, as we were the only ones that walked around it. As an added bonus, we spoke with a very nice gentleman (we forgot your name, sorry) that was mowing on the backside, and got a history lesson of the area. Across the street at the front side are some historical placards that are worth checking out. Take a walk through downtown while you're here. We found some neat murals in between a couple buildings, and there's a nice candy store where you can fill bags with a large variety of candy and get ice cream too. There are a lot of cool things to see here!

This is one of the must see attractions in our wonderful state!

Most amazing roadside water falls. You don’t have to plan to go this, but just stop while passing by this road. It is most peaceful place I have ever visited. Go with some lite snacks and soft drinks. Enjoy good time with your loved one

Great photo stop. Plenty of parking, very clean and well kept. Every couple of years we take a picture of the kids on the same rock by the falls.

Very pretty little stop. Great place to stretch your legs. Close to the down town if you want to walk around a bit, and conveniently located next to a Kwik Trip. Perk for those who need bathroom stops or have kiddos along!

Beautiful waterfalls. Love how it looks with water going through ice gonna have to go back in warmer weather again.

What a great little park with waterfalls just off the main highway. A very easy walk after finding a place to park.

This is a great place to stop and relax on an otherwise boring highway. Listening to the waterfalls is a great way to unwind before continuing on.

It's a small outdoor green space with nice appeal. The waterfalls are spectacular in the winter, showing off all the icicles and especially when lit at night

Well worth the trip to Montello. On street parking. Did not see at night under the lights.

Photographers need 24 to 70 mm and 70 to 200 mm lenses. Falls are great to photograph. Be sure to walk into the lot to the west for another view.

A scenic little park; worth pulling over....park at the Kwik Trip.....has some cool photo opportunities. I wish you could fish here; there are some huge bluegills swimming around!

It was very nice. Montello offers a lot. Try the historical tour. It's a shame more towns don't have something similar.

Great sport to stop if staying in town or even just driving through. Grab an ice cream at the store on main street and stroll by the falls. Look for the well fed bass and blue gills along the waters edge.

Went at night time, got to see so many giant fish feasting off of the bug swarming the giant lamp wish I could fish there but there is no fishing signs scattered everywhere still cool to see really big fish right in the middle of town
