Wayne Krueger Water Systems

Our well pump went out. Called upon Craig at Wayne Krueger Water Systems and he showed up first thing in the morning, installed our new pump and had us back up and running in only a little more than an hour. We did require one additional follow up and Craig also took care of the issue promptly. Throughout the entire experience, Craig was professional and courteous and I would not hesitate to call upon Wayne Krueger Water Systems again for any future needs.

We called Krueger Water Systems on a Sunday after our well pump stopped working and we had no water in the house. Craig called me by 7:00 on Monday morning and they were here by 8:00. Craig was so knowledgeable and kind. By 9:30 a.m. on Monday morning our pump was replaced and our water was restored! If we ever have any well issues in the future we will definitely call Krueger Water Systems!

Got referred to Krueger by a contractor, local hardware store and a plumbing competitor and all had rave reviews. Ran out of water on Sun. He was here early Monday with the best customer service you can ask for and at half the price of the same quote from Steve’s Plumbing or PGA.

Our water pump quit working unexpectedly yesterday afternoon so we had no running water in the house. The previous owner of our house had Wayne's business info on our fuse box so we decided to give him a call. Less than 2 hours later they were here and replaced our water pump (they came here on their way back from a job they were working on). I was afraid we weren't going to be able to get someone out here to fix it for at least a few days. They were very nice and professional and will be recommending to anyone else who needs help! The pump for our well was cycling every minute. He came out and was able to assess the problem very quickly. There was a leak with the check valve, so he replaced it. Water is flowing well again. We highly recommended Krueger Water Systems, and we will definitely call them again for any of our future well issues that may arise.

They were very honest and professional. We have a private well and lost water in our home. We feared the worst...that our well pump went bad. They identified the issue as the external switches/air tank needed air....more maintenance items. They also checked the pump and said that it is still running strong. So, I can vouch for their honestness; they didn't try to take advantage of the situation, prices were in line with the labor/time and parts they provided, and our water supply works better than ever! If you're tired of the giant names in the area gouging you, give them a try for your well maintenance.

We are very grateful to Craig & his son. We lost our water, pretty sure it was the old tank/filter, etc even thinking the pump was going out so when Craig & son arrived to check the pump, they could have told us yes the pump is bad & replaced it for a lot more money. Instead, they were totally honest & explained the pump was good, but the old tank & sludge at the bottom were the problem clogging the filter & once they replaced the tank, switch & us the filters, for a much lower price than quoted, the water pressure was great once again with plenty of water to spare. We are beyond grateful & relieved to know there are still honest people left in the world...Thank you Craig & son....

At midnight on July 4th our well pump went out, leaving us with no water. I called 3 other services and Krueger Water System was the only one who called back and made time to come out and help us regardless of other calls they had to do. The new well pump was installed and fixed within an hour! This was done fast and efficient at a reasonable cost! Thank you Krueger!

Our water well pump went out yesterday and they were here the next morning on a Saturday by 7:45 am. Craig Krueger was very professional, prompt and the pump replacement was completed in a very timely manner. My well pump quit working, so I called Krueger Water Systems at 4pm on a Thursday. A friendly voice answered and got all the information they needed, and they came out at 8am the next day. They tested and replaced my old submersible pump in less than an hour. Their experience and efficiency is second to none. I highly recommend Krueger Water Systems, their work was greatly appreciated!

Contacted Craig at Krueger Water Systems about a problem we were having with our 20+ year old well pump. He came to our house to troubleshoot the issue the next morning. Identified the problem with the pump and had all the necessary parts on his truck to replace the pump, pressure switch and wiring. The work was done within an hour. Great service.

Craig Krueger of Krueger Water Systems did our well inspection on our first home we purchased. We were already aware of some issues and Craig worked with us for no charge to solve problems before he ever came out to inspect the property. When he finally did come for the inspection, he was prompt and looked everything over, an issue was found but Craig was able to get the information we needed on site via his many contacts. He was honest and good natured and never attempted to sell any additional services (as other companies had in the area). Was able to make it out to my place within 1hr after I called when my well pump started running every 5 min or so. They opened up my well and found a broken fitting and fixed it right away and were only there for about 15 min. Highly recommend considering I called about 20 people that all said they were booked out for a couple weeks

Our well pump stopped working last night, resulting in no water. I called this morning, and they were here within a few hours. They were kind and professional, diagnosed and fixed the problem (bad switch) in a matter of minutes. Will definitely use again in the future!

I should have called Craig from Krueger Water Systems months ago. I had been putting off calling a professional because I was worried about the cost but it was significantly less money to fix than I was expecting and a great value. He fixed our well problems extremely quickly (about 30 mins) and was very professional. If you have problems with your water/well system, give them a call. 10/10

Lost water pressure at my residence yesterday evening. I called at a little before 7 O’clock this morning and they were here at around 11 AM today and had the problem resolved right away. Thanks again guys!
