I HAD NO ISSUES WITH DR. JONES. I am more concerned about quality of procedure than a busy surgeons bedside manner. I had a total knee replacement almost two years ago. I had no complications and followed my post op nstructions. I found him to be very professional and has a dry sense of humor. I will go back to him if I ever need any ortho issues.

Was sent to Jones for my ankle. Told me to lose some weight and come back in a few months. Had a torn ligament, cysts in the joint, and something else, can't remember. But had it fixed elsewhere. No bedside manner. I agree Mr. Jones should not be able to practice. He doesn't really know what he's doing or just doesn't care. I will not be paying that bill or go back to that clinic again unless he is terminated. He's Mr. Jones not Dr. Jones to me because he is a fake. Theda care should change their name to Theda Don't Care.

If I could do a zero Star I would. He had no bedside manners. Which I'm finding he is well known for by patients and other doctors alike.
He read my new patient form and looked at the x-rays. Never examined me. Told me there was nothing wrong with me and made me feel like I was making up my pain. He was rude and only cares about the paycheck and does not care about his patients. I went a hour away for a second opinion. And they showed me on the X-ray he took what's causing my pain. And I need surgery to fix that and another issue he didn't care to look into. I highly recommend that you find a different doctor. Dr Jones shouldn't be allowed to practice medicine

I would not recommend Dr. Jones to anyone. Had a total knee a year an a half ago. Have to get my total knee redone because Jones forgot to fill in gap between joint

This was the worst experience I ever had in my life, not to mention incompetent all were simply rude! Thanks to that staff I now have a locked knee! Dont go there! I learned the hard way!
