They did a great job! They got to my truck at the scheduled time and it was done fast. Friendly service with competitive prices. I’ll definitely do business with them again in the future!

I had a tire alignment scheduled for a later afternoon appointment, called the same day as my appointment at open hr and they were able to move me to an open morning appointment which was perfect! The appointment was on time when they took my truck back and was done with in a very timely manor. If you have a big truck and need service for it, this is a place to go they can handle the job with ease. And not far from your back yard. Everyone was friendly, and helpful. Price point for the service was right on point of the quoted.

My experience at Tandem in Potosi was amazing! I teach locally and noticed my tire was going flat. I called Tandem and they drove to school, picked up my car and had it repaired and returned to school before I left for home! I wasn’t surprised because I’ve had other things done there and the customer service, price, and work is always top notch! Thank you!

Had to have my vehicle checked because I was having problems with it. Explained to the guy everything that I was experiencing when driving vehicle and we got the appointment set up. Dropped vehicle off the day of appointment and within a couple hours had gotten a phone call. He told me what they had done so far and then let me know that I needed a wheel bearing replaced and wanted to know if I wanted them to fix it. I agreed. Couple hours later I got phone call letting me know vehicle was done. From making the appointment, to then calling and letting me know what was going on, to picking up vehicle... the guys were great to deal with. Thank you so much for making this easy for me.

Don was amazing, we popped a fuel line in the parking lot! They were willing to repair the fuel line, charge the battery and fix the tails lites for pennies compared to what was quoted me in Lancaster! Pete gave is a ride home when we were stuck.. all in all it was a fantastic experience!!

They were able to schedule me in quickly when I had a tire blow out. They had replacement tires in stock and were prompt in installing. I have always been impressed with their prompt and courteous service.

All around great experience! The cost for parts and labor for the issue I was needing fixed, didn't destroy my bank account! They didn't make me feel like I was bothering them with questions during the whole process! Have been going to them for years! Their service speaks for itself and is why I continue to choose them fo my automotive needs.

I bent a rim and blew a tire on a road hazard, and stopped by Tandem the next day. They found a used wheel and new tire balanced and waiting for me the next day. Fast service and good prices.

Had a tire going flat daily. They got me in the same day, fixed all the contributing causes at a reasonable cost. Great service. I will use them again for service and repairs.

Tandem always does a great job. Reliable and reasonable prices. Quality service. Got me in same day. In tristate area it has been hard to find a mechanic lately that is staffed and can get me in with my work schedule.

A+ These guys saved our holiday camping weekend! We had a blowout on our rv on the road. They were able to change out the four back tires in just over an hour had us back on the road safe with no worries. And the kicker friendly and accommodating and half the price we expected.

I had noticed earlier in the day a bolt head projecting from one of my tires. We were passing through Potosi and noticed Tandem. I pulled in on a whim, hoping they could work us in before my tire went flat. Fortunately they were able to work us right in and promptly fix the tire! Great service very quickly! Thanks guys!

We always get really good service at Tandem in Potosi WI. Customer Service is great.
I was taking my car to a local dealership a few years ago when I first bought it. The dealership was telling me I needed tires and brakes. I went to Tandem to get pricing. Found out I didn't need tires or brakes after all. It was a year before I needed to replace tires and another two years before my brakes needed replaced at Tandem.
It really matters where you take your vehicle for maintenance and Tandem is where I go.

My daughters tire was loosing air. We made an appointment for the next day and they worked her vehicle in and repaired the tire which had a nail in it. Thanks to Don and his crew in Potosi for the excellent service

Hands down best place for an oil change around the Tri-State area! Always great service, best prices around, and I never get the runaround or any BS “issues” that a LOT of other body shops try to con people into needing fixing.
