I am blown away by my experience with OB on both the clinic side and labor and delivery side. All staff members were helpful, encouraging and kind and each had different approaches. I often had consistent nurses for my 3 night stay which was fantastic for my peace of mind. The thoughtfulness of little gifts, tools for breastfeeding and general support were all phenomenal. The food was good which is so important in healthcare setting. I’m grateful to have such a great little hospital in the area so we don’t have to drive to Madison.

The doctors I see here and their staff are always professional, friendly, and always ready to help. At the pharmacy, I have my monthly prescriptions bubblepacked for free, and they file all insurance claims for me, always working to get me the best pricing. And it's quite convenient to have the pharmacy located on the clinic/hospital premises.

I have had the same doctor since the day I was born, and I absolutely love that I was able to have the same doctor who delivered me, also deliver my daughter. Having an attentive and caring doctor for your child is so important to a parent, and so I felt comfort in knowing my daughter's doctor would be the same one I have trusted for all of these years. Can't express enough how great it is to be able to depend on his care for the most precious person in my life - my child. Thanks Southwest Health!

My husband was seen within hours of calling for an appointment . Dr Schmid was absolutely wonderful my husband said she was polite and easy to talk to and sent him for the appropriate intervention. The group from MRI was quick to schedule the appointment and within 36 hours he had his MRI and results we are now headed for a consult with Dr Lindsey and his team. We are looking forward to our future interactions with the staff at Southwest health a hidden gem in Southwest Wisconsin thank you to everyone for your fast, courteous, and excellent care.

Southwest Health puts a lot of care and compassion into every interaction with patients. As a patient and employee, I see the effort put forth to make every patient have an exceptional experience each time they step into our front door as well as with each interaction with the organization. I look forward to having my second child at SH in a few weeks and thank the team that have made each experience special.

This place and these people have meant a great deal to my family over the years. My two kids were born here. My wife has had surgery here. My parents have had life-saving experiences here. My kids and I have been to the ER and Urgent Care countless times, and I have doctored at the clinic since I was a toddler. They've been a big part of our lives, helping keep us healthy and well. The thing is, this is an exceedingly well run hospital with an absolutely first-rate staff. I will turn to them every time before even thinking about driving down the road to Dubuque or Madison. Five stars all the way!

Great professionals in my local area. Southwest has a lot of services close to home. I have used the pharmacy, primary care, eye center, radiology, physical therapy and lab. I have been so happy with all the services. People say hello in the hallway; employees are warm and friendly. They know me, but still ask me to for my identification for my safety and to make sure my healthcare information is mine.

I always have a great experience at Southwest Health. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. People go out of the way to say hello and it is refreshing! The medical staff is attentive and kind. They are always sure to address all my questions and discuss things completely. I highly recommend Southwest Health for any medical needs.

Southwest Health is not only a excellent place to work but provides excellent care to myself and my family for our healthcare needs. My three boys were born here and with three boys we have needed to visit the clinic and ER many times. I would not go anywhere else. Big town care with small town caring.

Amazing people here. Has a knee surgery that went extremely well. Everyone I met was super kind and helpful. Insurance worked perfectly and that staff was really respectfully. 100% will choose this hospital again if is is close enough in the future.

Dr. Klann provided very thorough care for my family member and was able to diagnose a potentially fatal condition when other practitioners had overlooked it in the past. We will forever be greatful for the exceptional care and attention to detail the care team at SW provided. Excellent physicians.

Excellent staff...I was there this afternoon 07-29-22...staff was amazing....my caregivers were so fantastic it almost makes you want to be sick to be around them 👍 UPDATE: 1/9/23 the Drs and nurses at southwest ER are AMAZING!!! The staff that cared for me when I was admitted that night...AMAZING....Thank you all!!!!!!!

Staff is amazing at SWH. Every single one of them are caring, and compassionate. Patients feel like family. The skillset is top-notch and the food is like a home cooked wholesome meal.

My pregnancy was surrounded by an amazing, caring, and dedicated staff of doctors and nurse. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr. Mackey and his team are one of a kind!

When I hurt my knee I went to see Dr. Carr. I couldn't believe how fast he got me in and then got me an Xray. I was set up for an MRI the next day too. Everyone was so friendly and made it as enjoyable as possible.

Transferred parents care to Southwest Health and could not have gone smoother. They both love Dr. Svricev at the Platteville Clinic and Dr. Klein in the Eye Center as well as all the staff the met along the way!

I had a more complicated post delivery than I would have hoped for, my daughter too but the nurses that night and during my time there as well as Dr. Mackey and Dr. Klann far exceeded themselves and were amazing and there for me through the whole ordeal.

Excellent Platteville and Cuba City clinic staff from the front desk, to nursing staff to providers. We are so fortunate to have such wonderful people so close to home.
