Ordered a sectional for the second floor man cave in our ancient farmhouse. Stairs proved just too narrow, so the amazing delivery guys took off sliding doors to second floor deck and the one delivery rock star pushed it up to the second rock star. We are so thankful for the patience we experienced. We have purchased from WGR for over 35 years and we will continue because of their SERVICE.

We recently went into WG&R to look for a bed. We have slept on a water bed for over 30 plus years of our marriage. We worked with Harold. Who was wonderful 😊 He took us through several bed options that he thought would best resemble the waterbed and helped us pick out the best option. We are confident we are going to love our new bed. Harold is great! He asked a lot of questions about the type of mattress we were looking for the first time we went in looking for a mattress such as our price range and what was wrong with our current mattress. We found one we really liked within our range. We went back a week later to get it and it was out of stock. He made some calls around and found one left. He put that one in our name and all we have to do is wait a few days for it to come with the next shipment to the store in our area. Just in case and to protect myself I paid 20% to hold it and will pay the remainder when we take it home. I felt like he really wanted to make sure we got the mattress we wanted and I appreciate the effort he put in. I definitely recommend checking them out of your wanting a better mattress than a Walmart one and can afford it.

We decided we needed a new mattress and WG&R was our first stop. Dave was ready to help!. We spent well over an hour during our first visit trying to narrow it down to a few options and he checked in with us numerous times and answered all of our questions. The next day, I spent another 1.5 hours trying to decide. He was always very nice and super helpful. He was never pushy and we never felt rushed in making the decision. We will definitely visit Dave again with our future furniture needs!

We bought a mattress and were highly pleased with our salesperson. Also plenty of mattresses and price variety for us to choose, and 30 % off helped with our choice. We were also offered a matching mattress cover, and bought the mattress base as well. Availability within a week. All in all, an excellent experience.

Dave was very helpful and never pushy. He allowed us the time we needed to see what we wanted but was always available to answer questions. Ask for Dave when you go in, you won’t be sorry.

Our sofa was 30 years old and our matress 25, it was time. We always try to patronize local businesses, so we decided to start at WG&R. My wife is the shopper in the family and she said praises for David for his help and professionalism. I went once to help with final decisions.
We spent enough to get a 20 percent break. We went with the white glove delivery. Two burly and very friendly fellows delivered our new couch and mattress set. The mattress is very comfortable and has long and thorough warranty. The new couch is comfy and spacious. The whole experience was very good and stress free. Made us glad we went local.

Mary is a great sales person. She gave us information on the bedding that we were looking at with out being over the top. We loved how she was present but not pushy. When we needed her she was easy to find. She is friendly, sincere, informative, and just a joy to have as a sales representative. We would recommend going through her to anyone.
