The Sand Trap Bar & Grill

Came here for the super bowl, food was awesome, the wings looked overdone from pics but they came out perfect, crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. And I can not stress enough how awesome the bartender was, the place was packed and we were greeted right away, always had drinks in a timely manner, food was quick and he checked up on us a few minutes after getting it. He was extremely impressive and very friendly!

Delicious food but a little pricey. We ordered Bloody Marys, onion pedals, 2 Kong burgers and it was $60. Great service and nice atmosphere.

Always good food and friendly service. We’ve had pizza, burgers, wraps, apps…etc. Nothing fancy but all tasty. Breakfast is solid as well and reasonably priced.

Had massages with the wife then went upstairs to The Sand Trap , won $250 on the pull tabs, had some great appetizers & beer and sat there for several hours....Sunday Funday!! Great bartender & atmosphere at great prices. We will see you again soon!!

Stopped in for lunch and watch college football. Excellent service. Burger and chips are great. Cheese balls amazing.

Fantastic breakfast for our group of 20+ people the Saturday morning after our wedding in June 2023. They took a reservation for us on their covered deck. The food was amazing. The service was even better. And they split checks.

If you have ever tried to find a place to have a breakfast for a large group in the Dells you know that the things I listed above are almost impossible to find. Most of the places are over crowded, tourist trap breakfast mills with average food and service and then they make you put the over priced food and service charges on one check. Not here.

It was amazing at the Sand Trap. Our experience there helped us continue the celebration of the amazing ceremony the night before and spend more time with our family who traveled from very long distances to be there. Thanks to everyone there for such a great and memorable breakfast!

Very nice staff, really it's one person but she was great. Good food. Steps above most plates in the Dells and just plain good anywhere.

Had a nice broiled fish dinner which they were already serving on a Friday at lunchtime. Stopped in while making some progress hiking on some nearby road segments of the Ice Age Trail.

Best food and prices around Services spectacular and customers as well as staff very friendly and they know how to make a good drink I would try the meat lovers Skillet it is awesome looking forward to the meatloaf coming back

We found this awesome spot a few days ago. It's a super cozy environment that has a local feel, more over the touristy stuff I've found so far. We had nachos that were delish. I ordered a dirty martini to start my weekend and our bartender nailed it perfectly. They have a nice outdoor deck seating area. The bathrooms are single use but they are huge. You can definitely maneuver a wheelchair if needed. And did I mention there is a spa in the same building? Ill definitely be back!

My husband and I had the Friday fish fry; I got the baked and he got the battered. The food was cooked well and tasted delicious. The waitress/bartender was really busy and the only staff in the front of house. The vibe is very much small town bar.

Have had drinks there before but never ate there, that changed this year and we loved it. It is had to find good places to eat around the Dells but this one hit the spot! THe homemade House Chips appetizer was very tasty, I had the Italian Beef sandwich and the wife had their nachos and it was also very good. Their drinks are impressive to. We will be back for sure, have been told their Friday night fish fry is good as well, want to give it a try as well. Definitely recommend this cosey little place.

Simple bar & grill. Nachos were good. There was just one guy handling the bar and waiting tables. He was really running.

Came back to this place always had great service and food . Not today 2 waitress and not even a hello be with you shortly nothing was even said to us and 2 people came after us and got waited on before us. We got up and left . Disappointed today 5/29/ 22

Good food, I had the Blue Gill on a Friday night fish fry. Small place, nice portions,but well worth the visit.

Sandy is the best, very friendly and even humored our kids when they were obnoxious. Food was crazy good and large portions to boot. The pancakes were huge, fluffy and tasty. I had the meat lover's skillet with scrambled eggs and every part off of it was good on it's own, especially the gravy. We'll be back for dinner while we're still in town.
