My mom bought me a few items and had them shipped to me. When I received them, two of the larger items were damaged. I called and the next morning two more were sent out and when i received them they had done an amazing job packing them so they would make it here in one piece. AMAZING customer service!! I wish all companies worked like quilters rule. Best service ever!

Great deal on a cutting mat and new rulers to use for free motion quilting with my domestic machine. I now have more tools to use with my stash and unfinished objects. They worked with my time schedule to get the products I needed.

When we walked in the door it seemed deserted, we nearly left, but I decided to call. They were there, just had lights off to keep cool. The person who assisted us was very helpful. We basically had the place to ourselves. We feel we got some really good deals. Definitely worth the drive.
