EXTREMELY RUDE!!!

We called to get an estimate to have our living room painted. The owners wife answered very politely taking the information. She explained that her husband would return our call when he returned. Within several hours the return phone call was short and right to the point. “It isn’t worth my time to paint your living room!” He no more said the statement and hung the phone up immediately. I never had the opportunity to tell him what it all entailed and how sizable the room really is. Point of the matter is with the over the top rude arrogant attitude I would never invite someone like that into my house or give them any money. Hopefully the Hopps crew will read the post before they drive more paying customers away.
