Blue Horse Beach Cafe

Fun excursion to the Blue Horse! The view of the bay was beautiful, my “Sunrise” breakfast sandwich was super yummy, and my specialty coffee tasted great! There were only three people in line in front of us when we arrived at 8:20am, or so, and there was plenty of seating. By the time we left around an hour later it was pretty packed. We’re already planning our next visit. ❤☕

Lovely spot by the beach! It gets busy during peak times with long lines. Food is good. One of the spots we visited twice on our 3 day Door County trip! Cinnamon roll was simply amazing. Warm it up in the microwave. Coffee is good too! Homemade cold brew and caramel sauce. Definitely worth a stop!

Awesome stop for coffee. We got iced and hot Chuck Norris coffees. Loved them. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Explained drinks as we were deciding. Bakery item choices were great. Enjoyed a cinnamon roll. Nice seating inside and outside on the patio.

We have been enjoying Blue Horse for years. The drinks and food are excellently prepared. The service is quick and knowledgeable. Our fav is a Carmel latte with triple the Expresso, Chuck Norris. If you enjoy good food and great coffee give them a try.

I'm constantly on the search for a new coffee place every time we go on vacation. Even though Door County is our most frequent destination, we had yet to find a coffee place that was our "go-to" destination...until this past weekend.

Great coffee, great food, great location and a kind and courteous staff. This is our new stop from now on.

Have been coming to Blue Horse since 2001 and it consistently has been the best breakfast sandwich spot we have ever been to. The cheddar biscuit is to die for, the meatzilla will leave you full, happy and wanting another one the next day. Coffee tastes great and the staff is extremely friendly with Eric the owner going out of his way to make sure our dog has bacon. As long as this place exists we will incorporate it into our breakfasts as much as possible during our annual camping trip.

Was so happy to find a cute cafe open during our late fall honeymoon! Great food and kind employees!

Cute place and good coffee! Prices seem reasonable compared to typical coffee shops back home. Looks like they added a pergola in the back since I've been here last!

Food is fantastic, coffee is great. Watch out for the busy times. It's not a sit down restaurant more like a Starbucks where you order and pick it up but they have seating available. They also have fair trade coffee available for purchase.

Love the Blue Horse Cafe - they make a tasty iced almond milk decaf latte Ave gluten free and vegan food and snacks. Plus, a clean public restroom! 4th of July 2021 and the indoor dining area is still blocked off, but there are tables with umbrellas in the back outside.

Fantastic seating views for comfort and atmosphere. Wonderful flavors, service was fantastic, the owners are genuinely caring people. The food and drink choices while a small-medium sized menu had SUCH GOOD choices. We WILL be going back.

"This is the best latte I've had in a long time," says my freind. We always gotta stop at Blue Horse Beach Cafe when we're in town. Warm and friendly staff with a barista that always knows how to pull a proper espresso shot, a rarity on this Peninsula.

This place is awesome! Great coffee and the atmosphere and views are stunning. Outdoor and patio in the back is nice and peaceful.

Great breakfast place/coffee shop! Great food and views; located just across from the marina. Understaffed, but they were friendly and efficient. Nice patio in back. Dine-in wasn't yet available as of mid-July. Liked it enough we went twice during our trip.

One of the few places offering food at 2pm. We got sandwiches (i had turkey). The bread was delicious and crunchy. It was perfect for a person to be satisfied.

We had a great breakfast at the Blue Horse! The house itself is super cute and directly across from the beach. We sat and ate on the back patio which was lovely. Highly recommend their iced coffee, The Tomato, and Bagel & Lox - they were delish. My daughter also really liked her Ham & Cheese sandwich from the kids menu. We will definitely visit again next time we’re in the area!

Breakfast hangout with amazing coffee and delicous baked goodies, this is the early morning Fish Creek hangout for you! We enjoyed the line out the door at 650am...at 7am we grabbed a couple coffees and had a cherry cheese croissant. The sausage egg and cheese biscuit and rpund two with our bottomless cup really hit the spot.

Fast service, very efficient. Very tasty food and great Coffee! Outdoor patio dining. We went there twice for a breakfast burrito that was large enough to split between two lighter appetites.

One of the best breakfast spots in Door. Great food and coffee. Views of the lake while you eat. Homemade sausage is to die for. Cheddar biscuit is layered with cheese. Such positive vibes here!
